I had a delightful experience in the Brookfield Vionic store. Devonee was wonderful! She went above and beyond in assisting me to find me a comfy low heel shoe for a very important occasion -my son’s wedding. She showed me a good variety and opened my eyes to other possibilities. Unfortunately I am
presently dealing with plantar fasciitis, 4 months post hip replacement so a good shoe was a must. Also it was my first time in this store and I am sure to return. Thank you, bionic and a thumbs up to Devonee

4 ladies of multi-generations shopped yesterday with all different needs- size 12 ladies, wide options, something for a younger female and cushioning sandals for myself. The manager was so friendly and knowledgeable and handled all of our needs efficiently with good suggestions. We all left happy with our purchases! Highly recommend this store!

I wish there was a way to give more than a 5 star review! I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought recently. Saroeum went above and beyond to resolve the problem. She was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend The Vionic Store. They have excellent customer service!

Many in store options for casual shoes and sandals...helpful staff, shoes can be ordered if your size or color is not available in the store. I would like the store to carry more dressy options now that people have a reason to go out and celebrate special occasions.

REVISED REVIEW!!!! This Vionic Shoes ReviewIS For ALL VIONICS shoe locations especially Their Online Store.I'm a long time customer. I love their shoes. I had a problem with Shoe Return. Apparently, there was a computer glitch at Vionic shoes. Problem was resolved today (courtesy of Supervisor Helena). I'm very satisfied with the outcome.Vionic shoes are very comfortable, well made and stylish. Shoes that solve foot problems are often frumpish looking. Not so with Vionic. Shoes for every seasons and most occasions.Highly recommend.

My sister and I were very excited to go and look for a pair of comfortable pair of shoes. However, the salespeople were extremely rude. I felt very uncomfortable and left immediately. I would give them half a star if it were possible. When I asked if were shoes were available in my size, the saleswoman did not leave from the counter. She expected me to bring the shoes to her. This explains why the store was so empty and Stan's which is next door was full of people. The staff at Stan's is much nicer.

Vionic has such a wide variety of cute and comfortable shoes. I was so excited to go and check them out. But the salespeople are so snobby and rude. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I would MUCH RATHER recommend the store next door called Stan’s. Do yourself a favor and go there!!
