Came to pay off my phone, lady in the morning very rude attitude and tall w glasses manager or co, worker back her attitude, choose other location that treats w respect and actually cares about the customer satisfaction!

Cameron was great. He helped activate my phone and was patient while we went through numerous reps over the phone that got us nowhere. He was finally able to troubleshoot the problem while we were on hold. I appreciated his efforts to help me today and didn’t make me feel rushed or an inconvenience.

Poor customer service skills from all but one service agent, most of them acted like I was being an inconvenience to them and didn't help me. What ever happened to helping a customer. One of the service agents actually walked away saying call support, let them help you. I thought these associates were here to inform and assist customers. If it wasn't for the one associate I would never go there again, but he was polite, informative and took the time to help me understand what I needed. So ask for DeAngelo he was a fantastic service agent.

Disgusting place please do yourself a favor and do not get a phone from here. They are scammers and crooks. I usually don't write bad reviews and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is the worse cell phone company I have ever seen. We got phones back at the end of March and returned it the next day due to lying from the staff member. She was dishonest about the plan price, activated our phones without telling us the cost, and opened the box. We went online to make sure everything was good and saw that she lied so we returned the phones less than 24 hours. Now i'm being told after two months that the phones were never sent out and i'm being billed 245.00 for something I returned within 24 hours. Honest business is the best business and Verizon is far from it.

Being a veteran of the industry, I always felt Verizon was at the top. After porting back to them, I can tell you that they aren't. Apparently I had a User Name, Pass, and Security question set up BY THE REP....and not be me. After two hours on the phone with the Business Division....it still isn't fixed. Really sad that the entire industry has devolved into bottom line cost competition. Apparently the only one that still has local, great customer service is US Cellular. Regretting leaving them....

Horrible service! Waited 1 day for well over 1/2 hour with only 1 other customer in store,who was being serviced, with 1 clerk standing around doing NOTHING.

Horrible service. Got checked in and waited 45 minutes for someone to help us. We ended up leaving after waiting for so long. One person on the floor while two other employees sat in the back. Dont go here.

After a very frustrating experience with Verizon customer service, Meagan the manager of this store fixed my issue quickly and pleasantly. This while training a new employee and a store full of people. Some of those customers not very pleasant.Meagan gave me faith in Verizon again!I hope they know how lucky they are to have an amazing employee like Meagan.

I went into this Verizon store frustrated with the Customer Service I had received over the phone. The store was very busy and they were clearly not staffed well. I give this store 5 stars because of the manager Meagan. She rectified my issue in minutes. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. In addition she was training a new employee. Highly recommend this location.

Do not go here! We opened a business account. I spent over 4hrs of my time while they set up my account and everything. They set up everything wrong, they captured my email incorrectly, PIN number I selected is not the one they set up, did not make all the owners of the business the owners of the account (2).They set up my watches incorrectly - I am still paying ATT for the watch lines, which by the way I need to call them to cancel them myself because the store rep did not do what they were supposed to, which is to port number over etc..Overall poor customer experience, what they said they were going to do they did not do and now I have to fix it for them because now I have to work with customer service instead of the store reps.
