NOT A CORPORATE STORE! Pays salespeople $0, 100% commission! No personal days or vacation days for forst full year! (not even for Dr appointments!). And holds any commiss from sales hostage for 6 weeks before they even get paid out! Absurd that a business like this is even legal! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Find a Corporate store! at least they pay their employees!!!

Ben and Adam absolutely dazzled me at the door. They helped look into my account and explain everything we needed to know and showed us features on our device. Great service and we will always come back to this store! We have always had great consistent service at this location with all of our purchases

First of all, this is not a verizon store, it's a verizon retailer. They charge a $35 activation fee per device ON TOP OF Verizon's $35 activation fee and leave it up to YOU to contact Verizon to waive their fee. I got 5 devices, and had to go back to the store 3 separate times because they activated my phone wrong, charging an activation fee each time leaving me with $280 in EXTRA fees that I had to call Verizon to fix. They ran a watch promo that didn't exist on verizon, told me they could see it on my bill, but they couldn't call Verizon and fix it. I also got socked with a $960 bill because the 4 phones that I paid in full were put on the wrong trade in promotion. Go to a regular verizon store unless your into surprise billing, no support and 4+ hours on the phone with verizon to fix their incompetence.

I came in to have my phone looked at i love my old note but with Dez he helped me understand that upgrading was my best option but he didn't try to force me to get a new phone unlike most places I have gone in the past. Then I went to this location for my accessories I needed and Jamie greeted me at the door with a smile and took care of my other questions I had on my new phone. Highly recommend Dez and Jamie for any Verizon account

I have had numerous issues with my phone- particularly dropped calls, texts failed to send, incoming texted received late, calls not coming through, messages received hours after phone call. Each time I took my phone in, the problem was fixed- except it wasn't.Then my phone died. It would shut down on its own, and it couldn't be turned back on. Then suddenly, it would come back on. After several days of this, it died completely.When I took it in, I was told all Verizon could do is file a claim. If I had an old phone (I don't) they would have put my SIM card into it. But they had no loaner or free phone for me. So until the claim is resolved, I am without a phone- unless I purchase a new one, of course. That isn't going to happen.The phone died going into the July 4th weekend, so I will effectively be without a phone for a week- maybe more. The Warranty Claims Dept. was supposed to respond within 24 hours. The time limit has elapsed and unsurprisingly, I have received no contact from them.My family and I will be looking at other providers and leaving Verizon asap.

Had to turn in my old phone to get my rebate. Got all the info scrubbed from it. Also got the account transferred to my name as it was still in my husband's and he passed away in January.

terrible service today, I've been paying my bill there for years bit today I was not allowed to put cash towards my bill without an i.d. If I'm giving you money why do you need to see an ID? I won't be back there

Philip Shultz at Cellular Sales is by far the best representative / salesperson I have EVER dealt with at any cellular retail location, across all of the various cell carriers. We were visiting family in Brookfield last week and decided to see if we could upgrade our phones while there (because the Los Angeles locations are usually hectic). Philip not only helped us with the upgrade for three of our phones, but he also helped us merge two additional lines from another account into our main account in order to create efficiencies and additional benefits. He continue to see the process through to completion even after we returned to Los Angeles; and he also went above and beyond to help my parents with their new phone transition (even helping them install their cases and glass screen protectors). If you need assistance with any of your cellular needs and you are in the the general Milwaukee area, I would highly recommend going to this Brookfield location and seeing Phil!
