Mia was nice and helped change our plan and upgrade my phone but she set up my phone and charged me 30 dollars and didn’t ask, I could of set it up myself. Communication could have been better.

Couldn't have been more disappointed with my sales rep. Guys look, people come in, you ask them with a smile " what brings you in today?" And the you shut up, smile, nod, wait until they are done talking. Repeat back something so they know they heard you. Ask 2.) "Did you already have something in mind?". Smile, nod, repeat. Then this will show you how to help the customer buy. Don't "sell" them things they don't want. Ask a question. Let them tell you what they want. If they ask for specifics stop and answer that. If you are going to explain that detail the customer wants later, you can briefly satisfy that answer. If they continue to ask for a 2nd or 3rd time on a specific detail again, you HAVE to stop and satisfy that question.
Truly sad, I blame the sales manager not the young guy Rodney who was working with me. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but truly unbelievable I couldn't even get a price explained in a coherent way on what I was asking for. Honestly may use a different provider for what I'm looking for if this is the service you have at the brookfield, bluemound branch. And I've used Ian at this location for years with great service. Unfortunately Ian is not longer with this branch.
Also didn't ever return my call. I wanted to give you money for your service.

Alex was helpful, professional, quality person. I appreciate her efforts to trouble shoot an issue we were having. In sum, best professional I have ever interacted with at a U.S.Cellular store. Please clone her.

Got a new phone, was told we could upgrade our plan and it would be cheaper. Lie. The bill almost tripled, then doubled. Went to Brookfield to talk to Thumbs Up Joey after an hour wait. He blew us off saying we must have been mislead and to call their customer service line where the call will be recorded. The plan we had was archived so we couldn't go back, there was nothing he could do. A waste of time and useless customer service. After years of having US Cellular, we are going to AT&T. Thanks for your ineffective customer service Thumbs Up Joey.

Miss Nathalia is PERFECT in dealing with the public. Very professional, very genuine, very down to earth. I’m sure your experience will be wonderful at this location with any of their consultants. Due to multiple family members needing new phones and and/or assistance with related issues, I've recently been in this business on six occasions. (These multiple visits were due to OUR needs... not the fault of US Cellular.) During all six visits, our wait time was minimal, or there was no waiting at all. We were helped by four different reps. All of them were fantastic; good attitudes, helpful, knowledgeable and so on. For the icing on the cake - (during two of the visits) - while I was being helped by one rep, things became slow, so a different rep came over and gave additional assistance re: how to optimize the use of our new phones, how to read the bill and so on. These guys are excellent!

Mathew Housworth at the store was quite knowledgeable, patience and was trying to sell services that would best suit us. Before I took the service I visited him thrice and he was patient with me and explained me all the pricing options, offers and customized a plan for me. Even after purchasing, Matt helped troubleshoot issues with porting and billing. I would recommend The store and Matt for anyone looking to visit US cellular in Brookfield.
