People are quick to trash talk on Google. Had a great experience here, was in and out in literally 2minutes. Super friendly and helpful. He took my item and label and packed it up for me… wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Customer service here is 10/10. The gentleman who is always there (Charlie I believe ) Is always so friendly and helpful. Always makes the process of bringing in a package flawless and enjoyable.

They are perhaps the only UPS store in this entire state that asks for money to give 6 inches of tape for your package. Overall UPS is a great company. This feedback is for the sub par customer service and assistance. The nearby FedEx store on Bluemound is one of the best. Also, the UPS store in downtown Milwaukee is fantastic. This UPS store needs to improve a lot.

Ive had nothing but a good experience here, at least no complaints. The process to return Amazon packages was a fluid process. I’m there to get the job done and leave, so if I say hello and they don’t respond back, that’s fine with me as long as they aren’t rude.
As far as other reviews go, some have mentioned how they won’t tape the box and other packaging issues, and I will note that a lot of places require you tape your own box. I went to the post office once and they said I needed to tape it myself or buy tape from them.
When returning Amazon packages, depending on the option you select, some require you to have it all packaged up and they will print the label for you. Some won’t require it to be packaged up. It’s easy to mix up the return options as I’ve done it once or twice. Usually if you return at Kohls you don’t need to package it up.
They also got this new machinery where if you have a QR code for a return with a label or need a label, you can scan, drop off your package and go. Very convenient as long as it has no technical difficulties.

Now under new WOKE management trying to nickel and dime you on Amazon returns. They will charge you to tape the box now and if it's not in its original Amazon box they say they can't ship it for some weird reason just to get you to purchase one of their overpriced boxes. I will take my returns and business to the other location from now on.

Horrible experience. The customer service here is deplorable. The owner of this location also clearly doesn't care.Charlie, whom others have written reviews about on here, is extremely rude. After rolling his eyes at me for no apparent reason and then throwing my package onto the counter, I attempted to grab it back when he ripped it out of my hands.The owner, who was standing at the register next to him (and ended up handling my transaction) never apologized or said anything about the interaction.DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION - Any extra time in the car driving to another location is worth it.
