Why would you close at 2pm on Saturday. You do realize most people work Monday through Friday during your operational hours, and you’re closed on Sunday. Being the only Rolex and Omega AD in the area, it’s hard to understand why you’d close so early on Saturday, when most people have time to visit your store

These folks repaired my silver ring for cheaper than the other jewelry stores on the street, and did a fantastic job. The piece returned finely polished. Professional all the way through. Great communication.

I've been in the market for a Speedmaster for a while, and shopping around the Chicago area was left generally unimpressed with the ADs and boutiques. I went to the Omega website and saw they were an AD for Omega, but there was nothing on the Treiber & Straub website. After a quick email to them, I confirmed that they are an AD, and figured it was worth popping in. I Immediately felt welcomed by their staff, who were really excited to show their new Omega display (sounds like they just added Omega to their portfolio, hence why it hadn't made the website yet). Took a look through the Speedmaster options, and also a few other models (Omega, Cartier, Rolex). Sales staff were super accommodating and patient, and were fun to talk about all sorts of watches. Ended up walking out very happy with the Speedmaster, and will definitely be willing to head back there when I'm in the market for my next piece.

I've purchased 2 luxury pieces from Trieber & Straub this year and I am planning on dealing with them exclusively in the future. Kimberly and Ashely are at the top of the game when it comes to customer service and product knowledge. So excited to see a luxury watch dealer who really cares about their customers right here in Wisconsin. 5/5 would recommend!

When our son was planning to propose, we recommended he go see Ellen. She worked so hard over a few weeks to help create a beautiful ring that was in his budget. I was in the market for a Rolex watch and had no luck at other stores in the area until I came here. I was greeted right away by Kimberly and she was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about watches. After meeting with her father, Michael the owner of the store, they showed me the watch that I wanted. They sold me this super hard to find watch that I have been looking for a long time! Everyone there was very professional and helpful. A plus rating from start to finish and are highly recommended!!

I visited a few months ago to try on a few Rolex models. Kim was very helpful and pleasant. She reviewed Rolex watches with me for 30-45 min. I went there thinking I wanted a gmt but the sub fit my wrist so much better. Hope to get a call for a date sub one day. Happy new year!

I had many questions about having a Rolex serviced, and Noah went above and beyond to explain all of the options I had available to me, and walked me through the entire process. Communication was excellent after I left the store, he quickly followed up and kept me updated via email and phone calls. It is rare to find customer service of this caliber, and I certainly appreciate it. - A big "thank you" to Noah.

Jeff did a service on a vintage Cartier Santos and I could not be happier. I was very nervous about polishing as sharp angles are a hallmark for the Santos but Jeff did an amazing job of keeping the original lines of the watch. Of course, it is also running incredibly. My only point to note was that when I picked up the watch I was only given the receipt, but when I called I spoke with Kim who forwarded me pictures of the timing notes and the carbon copy receipt that outlined what was done. I was told the service is warrantied for a specific amount of time but did not receive documentation of that which would have been nice. Despite that, 5 stars is owed for the great quality of work.

I recently purchased a second hand Rolex Sea-Dweller from Japan, and noticed it was running a bit fast. So I touched base w/ Noah about getting it looked at. He replied very promptly to my e-mail(s) and I met w/ him at the store to get it looked at. He quickly figured out that the watch needed to be demagnetized. He was able to do that while I waited and the watch is back to spec. I appreciate the great service!

recommended by family member to stop in and ask about a watch I wanted to acquire, Lisa was great to work with. They didn't have the watch in stock, but got it shipped in a weeks time. Will continue to do business here, and recommend this location to friends and family.

We made an impromptu visit while visiting Milwaukee, and was helped by Kimberly who was awesome. She let us try on different pieces and also was very patient as we had our two young kids with us. We walked out with two incredible timepieces and a sense of service that was unmatched compared to other jewelry stores we’ve visited in our travels. We plan to do much more business here and cannot recommend these fine people enough!
