I shopped here today when it was very busy. I had returns as well as new purchases & both associates Kelly & Amelia were both so kind, personable & helpful. I come here pretty frequent & everyone has always been friendly & helpful. It's a TJ Maxx so yeah, there's some aisles that aren't as wide, that's what happens sometimes. That's just from the customers who don't put things back where they found them.
Shout out to Kelly & Amelia . You girls were awesome 👌 👏. Keep up the good work !

Has some great Korean skincare finds- their skincare is locked up in a glass case (no other TJ Max’s I’ve been to in the county does this)- but otherwise it wasn’t too bad to get my favorite products when I called an associate.

I wish a zero star review was an option. I got a comforter as a gift from my mom on 3/29/24 and didn't like it so I tried returning it today 4/4/24 (within less than a week of purchase). I get in line and a younger cashier starts helping me, and asked what was wrong with the item, I said I just didn't like the fabric. The cashier next to her jumps in and immediately says "there's a stain on it IT LOOKS LIKE BLOOD WE CAN'T RETURN IT". I was shocked by the accusation, but also the fact of what she was accusing the "stain" to be. I told her it wasn't blood, but it was raining outside and my dogs were in the car they must have stepped on it. Mind you, the "stain" was on the protector the comforter came in, not the actual comforter. I couldn't understand why she was being so unhelpful and why she got so aggravated as if the item being returned was coming out of her own paycheck. So I told her I would go somewhere else and return it and she said she would "email" all the other stores so they wouldn't accept it. I went to another location and successfully returned the item, no questions asked. I called back the Brookfield location to let the manager know of how I had been treated and that she should let her employee know my return was okay.

Annette in jewelry is very rude and unpleasant. She should be released from her position for poor guest experiences. She was rude last time and even worse today. When I asked her name at the register the cashier did not seem surprised and the guest next to me mentioned she was rude to her as well. Please do something about her poor customer service. It is a great store otherwise and everyone else is always so friendly there. Annette does not fit in there!! I'm sure shes probably mean to her coworkers too. What a shame. When she is gone it is 5 stars for sure!!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to return an item. I found a hole in the item. I purchased it well within three weeks of the 30 day return. Explained it was on one of the 2 receipts. However I didn't have the tags any longer because I planned on keeping the item until I found a hole in it. They told me the item wasn't on the receipt which I know for absolute certainty that it was. I also had purchased it on the TJ Maxx credit card and they said they couldn't look it up that way. I spent over $600 on these two receipts and they said no they couldn't find it. I explained it has been two years since I shopped here and I know for a fact it is on one of these two receipts they again said no it wasn't on there. I asked her to look again and she said she wouldn't. Went to the manager asking him to look again and he said no. After explaining there is a hole in the item. He said he could look again but I need to wait until the line dies down after I already waited in line for 20 minutes. The line wasn't going to die down any time soon so I gave up. The only advice I provide is make sure you really scrutinize clothes you buy from here. Make sure you know what tag goes with what item. I purchased a bunch of clothes. It doesn't matter They won't back their product's even if the item has a hole in it.
