Just one example - we were experiencing a transmission issue with our Subaru Crosstrek and brought it in for assessment. The tech identified the issue and went the extra steps to determine that Subarua had issued a service bulletin and that the dealer would be able to offer an extended 100k mile warranty on the issue. They gave us all the information and codes and encouraged us to to take it in to the Subaru dealer so that we would not be charged for the repair. That's honesty and integrity in living proof.
We will keep coming here for service - and refer all our family and friends!”
“10 STARS for this location. We were on a work trip and came out to our rental being dead. 0 Stars for Avis who asked us to go online and fill out a form. We could see a Firestone from the parking lot. Called and our guardian angel, Brian, answered. He was over in less than 5 minutes to help us get back on the road and wouldn’t accept payment. Truly a heart of service and encourage anyone in need to repay his kindness by using and recommending this location.”
“My son got tired put on here and with the last snow his front end started to wobble. I called them and explained the situation. He said with a snowstorm that snow can get stuck up in the wheels and make them appear out of balance. Sure enough, he cleaned the snow out and all is well. Thank you!”

“I took my 99 4runner here last year after the frame rusted snap near the rear control arm, and it was deemed unsafe to drive, but I was told of this place, I took it there, and I had my car back within a week. Solid repair The the price was fair for the work. Done, and i'm happy with the services that I was given. They did, however, forget to put a bolt through on my driver's side. Rear trailing arm, but I took it back there. And they put it in there, no extra charge. No problem, no questions asked, I really appreciate them. I'm doing that for me.They owned up to their mistake and took care of it right away.”

“My headlight went out today. I was in a panic since it gets dark soon and I didn't want to get pulled over. I called Silver Lake and spoke to Tyler, who was friendly and answered all my questions. I went in, was taken care of right away.Tyler took my car back and before I could enjoy their clean lobby, he was back with my keys at hand! He changed my headlight and even filled my window washer fluid (it's winter, so you know it needed to be refilled). I will definitely be coming back when I need other auto services! I highly recommend them!”
