If you are looking for menu board solutions. I have been working with the Howard Company for almost 8 years. I interact most with the creative and Tech departments. The customer service and response time is exemplary and in the restaurant business we all know when something goes wrong unfortunately we need the solution right away. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and you will not be disappointed with their services.

I work for the equipment division for a nation wide chain. We have never utilized digital menu boards and since we design and procure our static menu boards from The Howard Company, I reached out to them. It was a very complicated construction project and they were excellent. The sales team worked through all the equipment and service and the installation team was outstanding. With any construction project, crazy things come up but the day of install, their team was on top of every issue and worked through with our contractors and project coordinator effectively and efficiently. The quality of the menu boards is excellent and works so well with our POS. We have been very pleased with the services provided. And of course, we have been utilizing The Howard Company for many years for our static menu boards and have thoroughly enjoyed working with their team.

They scammed me. They subcontracted work through me to fix one of their client's issues and then refused to pay the invoice after the fact, even though they agreed to all of it over the phone. This type of behavior is sickening and I haven't run into this before working with this organization. I would avoid doing business with this organization at all costs. There are plenty of other service providers that provide a much better experience overall and actually pay their subcontractors appropriately.

Anything but painless from start to finish. I highly advise you look for into local sign companies to handle your drive-thru install. All the Howard Company does is broker contractors in your local area to do installs and up-charge you for it. And all 3 phases of install were a headache, the contractors they hire did not complete the required job and Howard has no plans to finish the job.Kevin Zalnis the sales rep does what he can to assure you that he will go above and beyond then doesn't answer when things get a little difficult. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible experience with "The Howard Company". Poor project management. it took them over one and half year to get menu board frame and screen installed. Project manager (Mike) and sale rep (Kevin) very unethical and don't know what they are doing. Even after 1.5 years , this project is still not done. Because I called them out, they held my project hostage and started charging me outside of contract. additional $8000 for worked that I completed instead of the tech they sent. in fact, they asked me to serve as a tech and wanted me to open the screen and trouble shoot. In fact, it got so bad, i had to trouble shoot and detected a faulted cat 6 wire that was ran by their tech.I reached out to the CEO and those charges got dropped and the project resumed. They held the project hostage again because of content design. Charging me for content design time even though it was paid for in the contract. Told them to release the so-called content that they started designing since it was mine and i paid for it, they refused. we realized that it was a scammed so we decided to switch to another company. will review this company when its said and done.CEO tried to help but the the gang was too powerful. Unprofessional environment and will not recommend this to anyone.Passing this to our lawyer. lawsuit is coming soon.Will not recommend this Company. Working with Stream (new company) and they were able to resolved all my issues. They took over the project and resolved the issue with in 15 days.The Howard Company tried to rip me off again. Typically, this is a 4 months project. Was taking The Howard Company almost 2 years. Stay away from them.

Changing my review from a couple months ago: I wrote a negative review prior, however, I was equally at fault. Howard has done a great job after straightening out a couple issues that were not clearly anyone's fault. They also solved a site issue that was definitely not their fault, and they mobilized the labor to fix the issue. I would use them again, but I would also be more attentive to the project myself.

HORRIBLE!!! We ordered a menu board and it arrived in terrible shape. This was escalated and the VP of Sales, who is extremely unprofessional, stated it was our fought and we were responsible? Even tho the Howard Company arranged the freight!My suggestion to the general public it to avoid this establishment because you are at risk if your product comes to you damaged.In the instance that you have to (and if you do have to, I feel sorry for you), I would suggest to get in writing who is responsible if the item is damaged in transit.
