Hosted my sister’s bridal shower here on May 5, 2024. The space was beautiful, everyone complimented it! Floor plan was exactly as I laid out for the staff to do before hand which saved a lot of time! I am so very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to host another party there!! Thank you Kristin and team!! 💕

PERFECT VENUE, but stressful to work with. I absolutely fell in love with the venue for a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law and had a "vision" for the shower immediately walking in the door! However, had I known about the lack of responsiveness prior to booking, I would have kept looking. I bought the day out rather than selecting from the 2 time-frames offered which were less than ideal....either early morning or mid-afternoon. I felt the price for that was quite expensive AND it didn't even include additional time, it just let you choose your 4 hours! Additional hours were also an extra $109!!! Seemed VERY pricey to me given what you get....a room with tables/chairs, no flexibility with setup/time, and the responsibility for ALL cleanup/garbage/etc. Honestly, I did not hesitate initially at the cost, but expected 5-star customer service at that rate! In retrospect, it seems this venue is all about the money. As others mentioned, the communication was terrible. It took more than 3 weeks to get some responses after emailing, calling and texting. I had ordered linens and asked for a final total so I could pay my bill 7 days out per the contract and never got it, so I guessed what my charges were and paid. Interestingly enough, within a few hours, I received a communication indicating that I had forgotten the $9.25 in taxes.... oh, and then my other questions were answered. I had also wanted to pick up napkins ahead of time to fold them and was offered to have them left outside overnight for pickup in the morning. I mentioned I didn't want them out overnight as they would get damp, etc. so I would pick them up the night she was dropping them off. When I got there, I was given the napkins and was told, "here are your shrink wrapped napkins" like I was wrong in thinking they would be damp sitting outside overnight. I am guessing this owner is a very demanding customer in her job as an event planner, and is probably good at getting things done, but don't think she belongs on the other side of event planning. So unfortunate for such a lovely venue!

The space is very small but okay for a baby shower. We have no issues with the space the worst was the staff! When arriving we where never told that there was a party after us, with that we ran over from opening the gifts and they came up to use and said (well still opening gifts) that’s we have 5 mins to get out. Instead of informing us in the beginning that there is a party right after so we have to stay on time. 2nd is hard to reach emails are very minimal. 3rd was cleaning up time we had everyone helping because we had to be out asap as we where trying to get things out they made us sweep up like it was our job, Well they are pushing tables around us. It was very bad communication!

We recently held my sister's bridal shower at Confetti Lounge. We wanted a blank slate where we could bring in food, drinks, decorations and it was the perfect venue. Kristin, the owner, was easy-to-work with, responsive and the venue rental fee was reasonable. We had a great shower and will keep this gem in mind for our needs. I highly recommend hosting any party here!

Met photographer here for a photo shoot. Space worked nicely for that. One area used for hair and makeup; another used for clothes and changes; and areas for photos.

It disappoints me to say that I don't recommend the Confetti Lounge for any of your venue booking needs...The space is great, it's in an adorable area, and the selections of add-on services they have outweigh a lot of what other venues offer... but the communication is atrocious. Being a woman who owns her own business, I would have thought that Kristin would have held herself to a higher standard like I do, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.We booked an appointment to view the venue, and we actually had a great conversation. Kristin was friendly, charismatic, answered all questions, and even went the extra mile to show us some of the add-ons they offered. We were playing around with dates and told her that we wanted to book with her, we just had to speak with a few of our immediate family members to solidify the day and time frame. She said to email her and then she would respond with the contract and other necessary information. She even told us the available time slots for the dates we had mentioned... she seemed to like us and also seemed excited for us to book. We told her we would have a concrete date by that night and she would be hearing from us.Fast forward to later that SAME night, just like we said we would do, we emailed Kristin with the date we wanted... emailed the other venue we looked at and said we had chosen The Confetti Lounge... and to our surprise... crickets... no word from Kristin that night, the next day, or the day after. So, we emailed her again just to check in (because maybe she didn't get it the first time, or opened it and forgot to respond). STILL nothing. We called and left a voicemail... no return call. We emailed a THIRD time, and continued silence.Planning a baby shower, wedding shower, or party in general for a group of 40 is already stressful enough... Kristin being an Event Planner & Coordinator should know that and try to make the process as unproblematic as possible. But she didnt. Instead, now we are stressed and scrambling to find somewhere else to book because she didn't have the decency or respect to even send an email back - regardless of her reasoning of not wanting us to book, or dates getting filled, etc .. COMMUNICATE. WITH. POTENTIAL. CLIENTS. Keep them in the loop. Turn them away. Don't ghost people.I find Kristin's professional behavior when it came to communication and booking, disgusting. That's really what it comes down to... I feel disgusted, mislead, disrespected, angry, and disappointed. The fact is she knew we were going to book with her, she knew we were going to email her that night with our for sure date... we did our part and kept her informed. She failed at reciprocating that.I will never recommend this place, and I will make sure to go out of my way to tell others to steer clear of Kristin & The Confetti Lounge.

Great small venue for 30 or less people! Would've given it 5 stars but the communication wasn't the best and the venue itself was quite warm with everyone inside. Otherwise we have no complaints and this was a great place to hold our bridal shower- would definitely book again for another event!

Lack of response from owner regarding filthy floors. I was not looking for a refund but an apology would have made a big difference. Only sink is in the bathroom so if you are serving food that is kind of gross if you need water. We were desperate to find a space and this was the only one available for our date.We seated 35 people and it was very uncomfortable. Our party host was amazing , the owner not so much.

This was an amazing place to host my daughters first birthday! It was very easy to reserve and have the space set up exactly as we needed. The host the day of the event was very friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth. The space is also beautiful and has a great courtyard my guests enjoyed hanging out in. Will definitely be booking there in the future.

My guests loved our party and the venue. It can be difficult to find for some, but they have a map you can share with your guests. We did minimal decorating, and everything was gorgeous. We had an issue with fuses tripping but thankfully Diane was on site to fix the problem. Bring extention cords so you don't overload the outlets.
