The extreme LACK of choice is mind boggling! No organic food. The same style of item 2 choices, both Target brands?? Fake housewares, all veneer cheap stuff that lasts 6 months. Everything is disposable. Only good thing is the personal product section. See how many choices but other then that Target is a BIG NO!

Store in well kept order, but employees not overly helpful. Asked an associate where a particular item might be and she pointed and said I think it's that direction. End of help! Never found what I was looking for.

Placed an in-store drive up order. One of my food items were open, and there was food missing from the package. I had to drive back, go inside because no one would answer the phone, and get a refund. They weren't able to do an exchange so I had to go inside and shop my own order anyways so don't bother doing in-store pickup. There's a chance your food will be missing from its pack...

September 28, 2023 This is one of the two closest Targets to work and I haven't really ever been here so I thought I would pop in, get the things I needed, and see if I like it better than the store on 124th & Capitol. While definitely brighter and newer than the Wauwatosa store, but the same issues that the other Targets are facing is just as prevalent here: Employees do not talk to "guests." They go about their work and do not interact with anyone outside of the other employees. One of the things that I needed was some lunch meat for sandwiches. When I went into that aisle, there were two employees talking and paid no attention to me, it was like I was the main character in "The Sixth Sense." I think this explains why Target will always struggle against Walmart; they don't have the pricing power to compete there and if the customer service isn't any better...

Very good service I love target but Starbucks is really slow moving and takes a while to get your drinks out so go to the one across the plaza

Didn't have an item that we expected to be on sale because it was on the website. When we went in the morning, the price increased by $3

absolutely abysmal. the curbside pickup is a disgrace. I live in Brookfield and refuse to give any more business to this location. go to the New Berlin one instead- phenomenal service. be advised that if you do curbside at this location, you will wait 10 mins on average, even if you're the only car there for pickup. they purposely wait until they have 5-7 cars waiting, THEN come out( and even then, all 7 cars are waiting for an additional 5 minutes on top of the 10 mins you've been there. the associates are incredibly rude, inept and lazy. inside the store isn't much better, quite honestly.

Have you heard the Millennials are lazy? That's ridiculous, just come to this Target and walk towards any one of the Millennial workers for help and see how quickly they can run to get away from you. That takes effort and energy.
