Great, friendly, helpful customer service. Brought in a silver necklace with a ring on it that I’ve worn every day for probably 6 years. They cleaned and buffed it so well that it looks brand new. I highly recommend taking your jewelry here.

Probably one of the best experiences you'll ever find there there getting jewelry. There is no pressure and you are definitely going to get quality no matter what you buy. I've dealt with Todd and the owner several times and I've been pleased every time I've walked in there. Prices are always on par and satisfaction is just guaranteed. If you're looking for jewelry for that special occasion or just to get a new watch etc. I recommend going there over all the other places.

I brought my ring in to be resized and was quoted about a 2 week turnaround. Dropped off on Saturday and picked up the following Friday and was shocked it was done in less than a week and in perfect condition. I’m so happy my ring fits again and that it was returned back to me so fast. Super helpful, nice staff! Will certainly be back.

I would give Sullivans a 100 stars if I could. I went to them for a ring resize after having a very off the wall/bad experience at a different local jeweler. The other jeweler said some not so nice things about my engagement ring and told me all my diamonds would fall out if it was resized and just so many other mean/not nice things. My fiancé called Sullivan's and explained what I went through and Mary Ellen asked that he tell me to come in. I went in that same day and everyone there was just extremely kind and professional and disproved all those horrible comments I was told at the previous place I went to. I picked up my ring today, it's sized perfectly! They polished it up and it's shining as bright as it did the day my fiancé proposed. I also remember having a small nick in the band that I unfortunately was the culprit of, but it's not there anymore which means they took it upon themselves to smooth that out to make my ring brand new. I am so happy with the outcome and we will be returning to have my fiancés wedding band resized there. Sullivan's is our forever jeweler.

We took my wife's favorite ring to Sullivan's recently. They did an excellent job and very quick turnaround. Her ring (that looked like it had been run over by a truck) was perfect after they were finished with it. I would recommend them.

Excellent people doing quality work. Highly recomended over any chain jewelery store anyday!!! We had rings cut off for medical procedures and they repaired and resized: look like new if not better!!!! Go there.

Such a nice staff! I was having trouble finding somewhere to repair my fashion/costume jewelry. They asked me to stop by and see what I needed… and they were able to fix my necklaces and earrings. So many others turned me away for not having ‘fine jewelry’ to repair.I can tell you this… my next ‘fine jewelry’ PURCHASE will be from SULLIVAN JEWELERS.

Sullivan’s has the best array of really nice colored gemstone pieces I’ve ever seen! So much to choose from! The people are so friendly and I love that they have a goldsmith there all the time!

Excellent help 3 times for similar problem with my watch. Staff did lots to help me even though it is not sold at their store. They also explained things to me and their knowledge goes beyond other stores in my experience. Much appreciated!

I sold my Grandmother's ring there today and received an incredibly fair price for it. Their jewelry is also gorgeous and, when I have any extra money, I will definitely go back and buy something special.

Sullivan Jewelers is a great local jeweler. I need links added to a watch I had just purchased. The Jeweler was amazing, fast, friendly and wouldn't accept any money for the job. I am definitely using Sullivan's for all of my future jewelery purchases.
