I wanted to say thank you to Mike for being so helpful the last few visits we've been to Stefans! We needed new futsal shoes & Mike was so great helping find the right size, offering a handful of options to try on and kick the ball around! Along with educating us on the two different futsal ball sizes and just incredibly friendly as it is! :)

So disappointed. This store excelled in customer service in the past, now two thumbs down. Nike released the new shoes and Stefan’s had them in back. I am standing in the store ready to buy and the sales man said they are not checked in yet and refused to help or sell them to me. Back in the day they would have grab the damn shoes and sold them to me.UpdateI am updating this from 1 star to 5 star because the manager Brett reached out, apologized and we talked through the issues.

Ordered a standard team jersey for my daughters soccer club and Sefans forgot to complete the order. I had called multiple times for help and only received bad service from 2 phone calls and a rather mean manager when I went to pick up the Jersey. A sorry we messed up and made a mistake was what I was looking for, instead the store manager me feel it was my fault.

Excellent sporting goods store for soccer players and fans. Amazing selection with knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Cory helped my son choose the right style of shin guards and comfortable cleats for his wider feet. Couldn't be happier - we were in and out with exactly what we needed!

I love this place! Local, great staff and a huge selection of soccer items. BUT it’s the toiletries in the women’s restroom that did it for me. Thanks for putting a lot of thought into the little things! ?
