Went in for equipment exchange, Spoke with Ericka Griff who was very nice and personable. Definitely happy with the Blue mound store. Don't know about the other staff there but Ericka is quite knowledgeable .

Entered the store and stood in line without being greeted for 20 min. Was simply trying to return equipment. I ended up leaving to get faster service returning it at a UPS down the street. I understand that stores get busy (I've worked in similar environments), but not greeting a customer for so long, or direction them to a check-in system if needed, is simply inexcusable.

Went in to get a new phone. There were 2 employees working. 4 people waiting . i signed in and asked Brian before i wait , id like to know if you guys have a iphone 15 pro max . he said he would have to check, he has people waiting. i said i understand but i would like to know before i wait 30 mins to 45 mins if you even have it. He said i'm sorry mam you'll have to wait. unacceptable.

Went to return a device , clean place , most of the people were just waiting for someone to come in, looked pretty bored if you ask me.

This was definitely my best experience at a Spectrum store. The customer service person was very capable, knowledgeable and helpful. My problem was resolved quickly.

We went to this Spectrum location to exchange an old modem for the newer version. The staff member who helped us was perfect! We did not catch his name, but on our receipt, his cashier ID is B{J. He has two dogs, we love dog people!! Our exchange of the equipment went so easy!!

Came in to research a cell phone. I needed a second phone for work. I was told immediately it was illegal to sell an unlocked phone. This is a flat out lie. It may be policy not to, and I would have accepted that. To say it is an illegal thing to do is very immoral, deceptive, misleading and WRONG!!! They also said it would take 60 days to get an unlocked phone activated.I was researching the second phone from my first phone. IT is unlocked and on a company called Ting. I got my second phone as a mobile work number at work today. It was activated in TEN minutes!!!!I work for a place doing computer repair, and have heard all kinds of boldface lies from competitors taking advantage of those who don't know better. If I wasn't in a rush I would GLADLY have called the lying manager out.It is illegal to make claims like you did, and I have reported it to the DATCP... consumer protection.Don't lie to people, and don't take advantage of people, because you will be found out!!!

My experience was with Melanie. She is truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, she was able to handle things phone operators couldn't. I can't say enough good things about her.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lufonda A. He worked with me for 2 hours and I left extremely happy with my new phone. Every challenge we faced he did it with a smile on his face. He was extremely positive throughout the entire service. Not once did I feel rushed. They are a stellar employee and spectrum is lucky to have them.
