I have SEVERAL reasons why I am no longer using this company.1. Often times I am not notified the order is ready for pickup in any way and I need to call/followup to find out on my own2. While it is very nominal, I am one who believes in transparency and terms should be clear and accurate. That being said, there is a $1 handling fee on every order which does not show up at checkout, and is not stated anywhere on their website (that I cold find) but will be collected when they finalize/process the card.3. Again, while very nominal, their website clearly states 2% in store discount in more than one location, however most times it was not honored. The website says: 2% IN-STORE PICK UP DISCOUNTAre you near the Sign Outlet Store? Select the "Pick Up" option and receive a 2% discount on consumables when you pick up your items in store!Details & Restrictions:2% Pick Up discount may not be used in combination with any other coupons or promotions.Cannot be used for ink or equipment purchases.BUT according to Rick the discount ONLY applies to sign making supplies and that it does not apply to HTV. He also indicated that I should NOT be ordering through Sign Outlet store if the only thing I am going to purchase is HTV,(although the product is available for sale on the website). Rick indicated over the phone that I should order THAT from their sister store.I prefer to do business with a company that values their customers and runs their business with integrity.

Stay away. Their eComm solution was designed 20years ago around the same time they made their logo and both need some TLC. Why would I put my card info in online and then need to give it to you again when picking up my order? Please Google: "Authorize & Capture" Also, how terrible is it that you can't program product variations so that when a color vinyl is selected the price adjusts as opposed to having 10 different drop downs for sizing/color/etc.
