Went to exchange a pair of adidas slide for my wife today. She just needed a smaller size. I ordered these online and I paid 24.99 plus local taxes. I found the correct size and went to the register for an even exchange or what I thought would be. The cashier processed the exchange and apparently there was a 5 dollar difference. I asked why I was being charged 5 dollars extra when it should have been an even exchange. Manager Kiki came to the counter said I can’t do anything it policy. I said but its an even exchange same product and when I purchased these I paid 24.99. She would explain why or how the price was different in four days . She I just kept repeating its policy. I the. Told her I heard the first four times that it’s policy but doesn’t explain why there is a difference i the. Told her I thought she was being extremely rude and I asked for a manager or who her manager was well she was a a manger and refused to give me any further information regarding her supervisor. So I did pay the difference because we were in need of these slides before we were to leave. I left send spoke to a manager at a different store and she stated that it should have been a even exchange and it should have been adjusted. It’s not a matter of five dollars but it’s a matter of how this manager wanted to speak to me and was so rude for asking a simple question of why. Will never return to this location again. This manager Kiki was rude and if she can’t handle a simple question with out giving attitude to the customer maybe she shouldn’t be a manger.

I purchased boots online to be picked up twice. Kiki was most helpful in accommendating me. I have a hip injury and she brought the order out to my truck.. Very Good Customer Service Skills. Very Friendly, Very Upbeat. Thank you Kiki, I appreciate you going above and beyond. God Bless! Went back to Brookfield to pick up an order on 12/01/2022. Again Kiki was wonderful customer service over the phone. By the time I arrived she was gone and a new employee, Kya was on duty. She was very nice, excellent Customer service. Mind you I have a hip injury and it is painful for me to walk. When I arrived, I called because I needed curbside pickup. Morgan answered the phone, told me they were not able to.bring it out to me, store policy. Well that's news to me. I explained my situation with walking, she again refused and hung up on me. Very rude and disrespectful to a handicapped person in pain. People like Morgan, need to learn excellent Customer Service Skills, empathy and compassion. She should not be working with the public if this is her demeaner all the time. Her attitude was inappropriate and unacceptable.

Allyssa was very rude over phone I don’t understand why a person has to come all the way to the store to cancel and order and if you don’t they give you a gift card. That’s a horrible process and she didn’t let me speak over the phone and she was very short and rude and didn’t give the time to explain anything. Never order from any shoe carnival again.
