Had the pleasure of meeting and working with store manager Jarren Kennedy yesterday!!! Jarren provided outstanding service. He listened carefully to me as I explained our painting project as he offered clear and user friendly information. He was so patient looking up our customer information from another state to help fill our order. What an example of stellar customer service! Thank you Jarren!!!

I don’t know if the store will ever be the same since Tom is gone, just a bunch of young kids who don’t know anything about paint? I am less than five minutes away from the store, it’s like pulling teeth trying to get a gallon of paint?

I was super disappointed in customer service at Brookfield location. The staff didn’t even greet me as a I walked in, nor did anyone come ask how they can help me as I was looking for paint colors. I had to spell over and over the colors I needed that I had found on the internet, to the man at the front desk for samples. Then, my child needed to the use the bathroom which was just filthy.I was at a different location a few days before and the staff was great, kind and helpful.

I've paid a lot of money for a Sherwin-Williams paint I thought it would be a good quality but it was much lesser quality than a Dutch boy paint at Menards that would have cost me half the price

Chris was awesome! I came in with a sample quart container of paint I previously purchased. He asked a few questions like what's the paint for, interior or exterior, is it for siding for cedar or for vinyl? He explained that there are different formulas for paint. It will be a different type of mixture so that it doesn't warp the vinyl siding. I didn't have vinyl so we were good. Anyways, he said that he can't produce that same exact paint I brought in because their stock has depleted and he does not have an eta on when they will get it back. He was able to match it with a different paint. Thanks Chris for the attentive assistance and your wealth of knowledge.

I accidentally bought a shade of paint that was way too dark for my kitchen. I went back the next day and they were able to lighten it almost two full shades for me and now it is exactly the color I wanted. Staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
