Purchased scrub pants and returned 2 days later... my refund was never received and I lost the little receipt I was given when I returned them. Called and spoke to the same guy that did the return and got a run around and of course a manager wasn't available. I disputed the charge with my card holder and scrubs and beyond want dates, times, names etc... like I or anyone else writes all this in a journal. They got the pants that were never even taken out of the bag after purchase and they never refunded my money... crooks! Disgusting place to do business.

If the store isn’t ghetto they sure act like it. Was told after using the very visible open clearly marked bathroom that I needed to ask though there are signs saying so. Same employee was FaceTiming someone in her phone wandering around or sitting in the back on her phone. Employee even heard our group talking about it before we even went in.

Everyone here was so helpful and friendly! I really appreciated them assisting me with finding the right color scrubs for clinicals. I would highly recommend visiting them!

The lady was on her phone the whole time her name was catiana and I had to ask many times for her to check me out when she would say she would in a minute.

Drive an hour just to find a sign saying that they changed their hours. IF YOU CHANGED YOUR HOURS, AT LEAST UPDATE IT ONLINE.

April was so helpful!! I’m very particular about the fit of my scrubs. She made great suggestions and helped me find the perfect pair of scrub pants. Thanks to her help I will definitely be back. Best customer service I have received in a long time!

I shop the store quite frequently and The Store Manager Telli goes above and beyond for her customers.. She needs a better staff thou. I don’t like shopping when she isn’t there I can’t get any assistance when she isn’t there. The store is always clean and well kept.

Visited the store recently had a very unwelcoming experience from the store manager as she seemed annoyed with helping me as I visited many times before and was waited on with such care by the assistant manager and previous associates and which they don’t seem to have many as a store manager I feel as if should show the best example of hospitality for her team considering I never see her when I visit and I frequent the establishment due to my work do better !

Let me start by saying I love this store and the Store Manager Telli has always accommodated me whenever I shop which is almost every week.. She helps out always finding what I need and if not in stock she will order it. I don't like when she isn't there that other young lady April is so rude always has an attitude whenever I go there and never ask do I need anything unless the manager is around.. The Store Manager needs more help at least friendly help.. Otherwise store is always clean... I have shopped this store for about 2 years And Claudia n Telli were the best Managers hope you all don't lose Telli. I would hate to see her leave she keeps that store together...!!!!

This was a horrible experience. I drove an hour to get new scrubs. The employee was on her phone talking negatively about another employee for 39 minutes. It's hard to find fitting scrubs if you're petite or tall and I went to a store instead of ordering online to get some help. She continued on her phone. It was uncomfortable at best. Very inconsiderate, not helpful at all. I had a few pairs that were ok but couldn't reach things or get her attention to help with picking out sizes. Left with 200 unspent dollars as it would be ridiculous to support this business.

Amy was really helpful & sweet she made sure if I needed anything and they also have a variety of scrubs to pick from my favorite brand was the grey anatomy brand it fit really good. I loved that they have a fitting room so you can try on as many scrubs of your liking . I recommend alot of ppl to try them out I guarantee you would love it there.
