I've known David for close to two decades at this point and he's absolutely the most trustworthy mechanic I've ever found. He's worked on every car I've owned since I've known him even though I've always lived at least an hour and a half away from him. Time has become increasingly scarce and more valuable to me as I've gotten older, but I still find the level of service and ability to be well worth the drive for pretty much anything beyond basic maintenance. Definitely gonna keep making trips across the cheddar curtain as long as he's open for business.
