Bought an 89 Camero from Joe and the team. Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve had. Very fair pricing and easy transaction. Joe and the team truly care and want you to be happy and comfortable. Amazing customer service. Welcoming and friendly, I feel like family and I only purchased a car. Above and beyond in all aspects.

Everyone here is polite, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Joe shared his knowledge about the Aprilia that I was interested in, and patiently awaited my decision. Filippo clearly explained everything about my new RS660 when I picked it up. He helped load and secure it in my truck. Roberto answered all of my service questions. Had a great experience here purchasing a Vespa recently. This is a family owned and operated business and it shows. The staff were friendly and passionate about the Vespa line and seemed more interested in talking about the bikes rather than just pressuring me into a sale. A top notch outfit, and I'll certainly be back again at some point.

Poor communication / Service
We bought 2 Vespa's from this dealer and the buying experience with Joe was good, but when it was time to have them serviced there were problems. I called the service department on a Tuesday to schedule new tires, brake pads, new battery, and a drivebelt for our 2015 300 GTS. When i spoke with them they said they have everything and bring it down tomorrow and they would get started. They said it should be done on thursday or Friday. We never heard from Reina again. I called them on Friday and a girl answered the phone and took my name and number for them to call me back. They did not call back. So today 5/18/2024 i went down to their shop to see what was going on and the guy at the desk said he was sorry and that they didn't get a chance to look at it and its been crazy down there. I told him i would be taking my Vespa with me. Very disappointing. If they would have called i wouldn't have been disappointed. A quick phone call with a status update was all that was needed to keep my business. We will be taking our business to MKE Indian

Gorgeous cars!
Family owned friendly place. No pressure. Very accommodating. Open and honest about little details on the car I would not have noticed. Simple negotiation got me the price I wanted. Very pleased with the overall experience.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a used Vespa from Joe! He was very helpful as we had never rode mopeds before, he went over everything about the moped. There were a lot of other people there purchasing much hirer value cars, but Joe took his time with us and was very thorough. The price was very fair and he was more than generous with accessories for the moped. We will definitely be back for future sales! Thank you Joe and Ryan!

Reina is my place to go for cars. Luxury or not. I have also bought my motorcycle there. They see me as family and i see them as family too. And i am not italian!
