Testing center had lockers (which they give you a key for) and a place to hang coats. Staff was helpful, everything was efficient (I was able to start my exam early). Good experience.

Won’t answer the phone. Cannot get a hold of anyone there. I have an exam coming up and wanted to ask about the materials they provided so I would know what to bring myself if they didn’t provide noise canceling headphones. Also couldn’t ask anyone if it was closed or not. I’m going to have to go into the testing blind now on what to expect. Only option is to go there a day early to ask the staff but I doubt they will help me.

I did a remotely proctored exam. Taking the exam was easy and the technology worked well, but the instructions were horrible. I almost missed my exam because I had to change locations twice - I had followed all of the instructions provided and complied with them, but there were several new instructions when I got to the space check, and the individuals who were checking my space were extremely rude. You may not have a choice of where you can take your test, but avoid the remotely proctored exam at all costs!

No idea why this place has such a bad rep. Gave my step 3 here which is a 2 day exam. Both days went smooth. The staff was polite, punctual and efficient.

They canceled my test, that was scheduled a month and a half prior, the evening before with no real reason/excuse. It was a Saturday morning appointment. Unacceptable

They cancelled my CFA exam due to three to five inches of snow, and now I'm probably going to get deferred six months. They didn't notify me they cancelled my exam until an hour after I was supposed to take it, so I still drove in the snow, which by the way wasn't bad at all. Schools weren't even closed.

Cancelled a test after the start time for no reason. Claimed it was due to bad weather but it was not snowing, the roads were fine, and schools were open. Have to reschedule the test for 6 months from now because they could not find an available time slot to reschedule. This delay literally cost my family thousands of dollars.

I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews but I feel compelled to add a positive review. I just took a 2-day test there this past weekend, and found it to be a very pleasant testing experience. The employees were all kind, courteous, and professional. They made taking breaks quick and efficient, and the testing room was the perfect temperature (not too hot or too cold, doesn't distract from the focus on the test). I was able to start my test early both days and the chairs were comfortable. In terms of covid precautions, they were very careful with appropriately sanitizing things like pens, locker keys, cubbies, etc, and the chairs in the waiting room were specifically spaced out. Everybody wore masks. The building itself is not immaculate, but it's a testing center, not a day spa.

I was at the facility Monday for an exam and was not comfortable at all. Although there are signs everywhere stating they are cleaning to unsure COVID safety, the place was disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months, desks were cluttered. They should be scanning for temps, the man next to me coughed the entire time I was testing. The chairs in the waiting area were dirty and the only place to hang your coat was with everyone else's. The only employee that was following COVID safety was the young lady photographing and checking people in. I won't be back, I will test from home moving forward as I did not feel safe! Gross!

It looks like most of the 1 star reviews this location receives is related to Prometric as a whole and not this particular location. Those 1 star reviews are absolutely warranted and may God have mercy on your soul if you ever have the displeasure of dealing with Prometric which is one of the most poorly-ran establishments I’ve ever encountered.As for this particular Prometric location, I have had nothing but great experiences. They are friendly, helpful, and quick to get you in and out.
