Half of their self checkouts are always closed and there is always an out of control line. Only come if you’re desperate and can’t go to another location.

No one works so the last 3 times in a row I've just went behind the counter in meat department myself and grabbed what I wanted out the cooler. Also the store looks old and smells

I never write reviews but felt compelled to after the last few visits because this is our neighborhood store and I care about having good amenities nearby.
This store is horrible and seems to keep getting worse. In the last couple weeks, we have wanted to buy a 12 pack of miller lite and on two occasions we have been told they can't sell alcohol because "no one in the store can scan it"! This is unreal and really should be looked at by Kroger cooperate.
The other thing that drives me nuts is that there is hardly ever a deli clerk. For deli meat, you are forced to pick from a cooler full of precut, pre packed cold cuts. Who ever cuts these are clearly just trying to get through their job as fast as possible because they are always sliced disgustingly thick. I have never been in a deli line and heard some one say "can you cut that roast beef super thick?" This is just a microcosm of the lack of detail management puts into this store.
I read another review that talks about how the store smells. I can hardly smell and I agree. What is going on?
The produce is horrible, there is no true butcher so forget about any kind of service or request for anything different then what they have, which isn't much.
Management must feel its more important to sell nick knacks that aren't food (towards the front of the store) then actually focus on being a good store for groceries. Why are you selling all of that stuff? Focus your attention on making the store better.
Let me also talk about the time when a outside vendor (cant remember what for- think cell phone service) was ambushing customers as you enter the meat area from the bakery department. They had set up shop in the store! Why would management let them do this? Do you think this is good business??
There are some nice kids who do their best working the cash register. When there is cashiers.
Very high level, this store seems under maintained, managed poorly and understaffed.
I write this in hope that someone that can make a difference there sees this. Maybe Kroger management sees this and starts making changes.

I attempted to purchase a gift card they refund me my money and it was never put on my card they won’t give me my money back this place is a scam.

I haven't been in this particular Pick & Save for awhile and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. The produce and bakery was all fresh and in good order. There was a very sweet employee in the deli named Felice who was doing her best to get my order just right and she had only been employed there for 2 days!
The store was perfectly "faced" and the meat department was PERFECT! The meat cases were very nicely displayed making them easy to view.
The success or failure of a store is all about the employees.
I hope the many good ones in this store are appreciated.
I like the size and layout of this store.
Very nice. No complaints.

I've been shopping here for ten years and have watched it get worse and worse. They never seem to have enough check out lanes open, the parking lot is full of potholes waiting to crab your cart wheels. I go in the morning, I have to dodge stocking staff, who should have been done before the store opened. I go in the afternoon and the shelves are sloppy, or empty. I've worked in retail food for many years, I know the job can be rough, but they have stopped trying at this store. It's clear.

I'd avoid this store if you can. It has a funky smell, almost like rotting seafood and the floors are seemingly always dirty.The customer service desk is almost always closed. If you ask a random worker who is standing around they will tell you they have no idea when it will be back open.We have reported this through their website a few times and were told we were wrong and that they had checked the cameras. So we started taking pictures of it closed each time but they don't want to see them.What is weird to me is that they claim it is related to worker shortage but as you walk through the store you will see a plethora of workers standing in groups, talking.Thankfully, every other non-pick n save grocery store around is well staffed and clean, so pick somewhere else and enjoy your shopping experience.

Showed up at 7:30am and the bakery wasn't open and they didn't have any donuts available. I was going to surprise the guys at work and couldn't and was almost late to work because the prices on the shelf were over 2 weeks out of date and they had to find a manager to override the price. It seems that many of the Pick N Save's surrounding milwaukee are severely lacking employees and smelled musty in the whole building.

Produce quality in this store is severely lacking. Need better stocking and better culling practice. Pathetic for the only grocery store in the area to have such lazy practices.
