Called several area locations to place a custom cake order for bakery for my job's retirement party we were hosting. Several in our area could not accommodate the order but found that this location had seemingly the operation to do so. I placed the order via telephone last week Wednesday, and spoke to the bakery manager. The lady indicated that there would be no issue with this cake order and that it would be ready for today at 9:30 am. I went this am to pick up the cakes as the party was today. I went to the bakery, they had no knowledge of this cake order, did not have it. The bakery manager was not even there, I said when is she coming back? I dont know they said, some emergency. Order sheet likely in her car. The guy at the counter told me Metro Market on Bluemound stocks full size sheet cakes. So, I drive over to that location next. The clerk said they cannot accommodate that and they don't have full size sheet cakes in back. The man who was retiring told me when I initially was setting up the party, that he did not want a cake from Costco and wanted a certain flavor and color of the cake. No store in our area could do this last minute. I ended up having to go to Costco, they saved the day, had it not been for him wanting some certain flavor, I would have gone there initially to begin with. The catastrophe of the order neglect was very stressful for me. I suffer from anxiety as it is, so this really brought me a lot of uncontrollable emotion over something I had planned and worked on for my job. 10/10 not recommending this bakery! I called later on in day too to ask for bakery manager, she not there and they hung up on me. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BAKERY. This is why i shop local for my own personal needs.

Stopped in for a few items. The store was was well lit, clean, and organized. They have plenty of specialty departments including bakery, meat, bistro, and even an onsite pharmacy.

I love shopping at pick n save. I love their produce department. I love their clearance section on different items. Most of all I love the online coupons!

Last week when we went in, went to the deli and no one would help us. We went to ask for help and they said "The people in the deli were helping unload truck", and they wouldn't be able to help anybody for the next half hour.

This store is terrible, even compared to other pick n saves in the area. Stuff cluttered all over the floor, no open registers during peak hours, some employees just standing around. Should have just gone to Walmart across the street.

Horrible customer service. They'll tell you they don't carry something when it's on their shelf.They also allow their clerks to play catch with a football while the paying customers ring themselves up. It's like the Twilight zone.

Finally had a chance to treat myself to a donut and walked into a dark bakery area with no one in sight and no donuts in the case. A key function of a business should be making sure basic staffing needs are met. This location continues to disappoint me. If we didn't live so close I would have given up on this location a long time ago.

I finished shopping at the store on Greenfield avenue and Moreland avenue. This without a doubt was the worst experience. Grocery shopping I have ever had. I waited at least 30 minutes in a checkout line, the only checkout line open. Unfortunately and through no fault of the store or the lady working the checkout, the cash register froze. So then the lady in front of me had to go around again and I had to pick up my groceries off the conveyor belt. Put them back in my cart and line. Then when it was my turn and after I had all my groceries on the conveyor the checkout lady announced. Well I am going to lunch so you have to pack your stuff back up and go into another line! So I said no. You are going to check me out because I've been waiting for so long. Then to make matters worse, the person bagging groceries was going to put my groceries in a plastic bag that was dropped and had blueberry residue all over the inside of it! This is absolutely and completely unacceptable. And this problem seems to be getting worse with pick 'n save. I am not looking for any sort of reimbursement. However, this is why I prefer to shop at Sendicks even though their prices are higher. I also tried to call to speak with a manager and the only person who actually answered the phone yelled "we need more carts" and hung the phone up.
