I just wanted to comment on a older lady working this past Thursday at the Service Counter Desk. I went to purchase a bus pass for my son and the lady working there was very nice and pleasant. She was efficient too. I did not get her name, which would have been nice. More people like this are needed.

I called in yesterday late afternoon and spoke to a gentleman who sounded very busy but still had a great attitude and was helpful. Happy to give this pharmacy my business.

This is without a doubt the worst Pick'n Save I've been to. Not only is the store layout odd, the staff are extremely unhelpful/unfriendly. Additionally, the deli counter is seldom staffed. Driving a longer distance to a different grocery store is 100% worth it.

I want to express how truly kind and helpful the folks working at this pharmacy are! Josh took my call last week and helped me navigate a tricky scenario by simply listening and having excellent customer service skills. He was compassionate and used common sense - so refreshing. He and Isaac both went above and beyond to help me and my mom out, and I am beyond grateful for that! Thank you!

Produce is disgusting. They often have berries with mold growing on them. Over ripe bananas. Broccoli that's way past it's prime. I won't feed my kids this garbage. Everything is brown.

After many years of avoiding pick n save stores I finally started to visit them this last year. I noticed they had a much better selection now. However in a time of such uncertainty with Covid-19 I would think pick in save would be doing something to protect their customers. There are doing next to nothing! I went to get some produce when I heard a cough, the man stocking the produce section had NO MASK and had a slight cough! How do they not make their employees wear masks?? I don't get it. I understand not making their customers but their employees?? Especially the ones that are handling fruits and vegetables! Some employees chose the wear them but some didn't. I understand people have the right to choose. However I should have the right to know the store is trying to keep me safe. I should be confident that someone is coughing all over my vegetables about to touch. It was just gross. They also aren't wiping down checkout lanes or carts. Very disappointed. Will not return!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The Pick-n-Save at Calhoun and Capitol AND Calhoun and North (Ruby Isle) ARE HORRIBLE! So many expired items on the shelves, awful customer service, limited selections and STOP MSKING PEOPLE USE SELF CHECKOUTS!!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!! I have a family of 6 and typically spend $200-$300 per week on groceries. Both of these stores are less than a half mile from my home. I will make the extra trip to Trader Joe's and Fresh Tyme. Even though the prices are higher, I'll even go to Sendick's. I'm done with the miserable experiences at Pick-n-Save..... I DON'T WORK THERE, I'M NOT A CASHIER.... I'M DONE!

They have a vast selection of items, and they are opened until 11pm most nights. Very convenient

DISGUSTING! HORRIBLE!!! I avoid this pick n save at all cost!!! And it's the closest one!! The staff is rude and you have to check the dates on everything because they don't!! The last straw was when I bought chicken breast and when I made it before the sell by date it had the worst smell!!!

Went in for a 28oz can of stewed tomatoes and the shelf was completely empty. They weren't even on sale so there was no reason for them not having any. I ended up buying two 14 1/2 ounce cans which cost more than the 28 ounce. I've been in there before though and have seen empty shelves

Don't expect service here!! Went to grab some chicken for a quick meal. Instead of serving me the fresh chicken I asked for, the guy literally tossed a package from where the rotisserie chicken is usually and said here you go. Thanks for the soggy crap!

There are many Pick-N-Save pharmacies close to my home, however I drive about 10 miles out of the way for the amazing service and treatment given by the staff at this Brookfield location! They are always nice, prompt, helpful, and respectful. The staff is easy going, talk to me as if I am a real person, and address any issues that I may have. Keep up the great work!
