She has even taken the time to point out any changes in my dogs like weakness in their back legs or a lump that needs to be checked out. My family has been using Missie for grooming for 30 years. We started going to Chas for training because our older had some behavior problems (pulling on walks, barking at people walking by the house, mostly). After getting our new puppy, we decided it was time to get serious about training.....starting off with the new puppy on the right foot, and getting the older to behave better. Well, it's been quite impressive what our dogs are like now compared to when we started, and we still have more lessons to go!Peaceful pull-free walks, following commands SO much better, counter surfing drastically reduced and almost gone! etc. Chas is truly an expert at training dogs, and when you put the work in, meaning you do EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS, you get results. Going to Dog's Best Friend has been the best decision we ever made with our dogs. Hands down, the BEST! Everything and every other method we've tried has been a waste of time. We 10000% recommend Chas if you are committed to seeing amazing behavior changes from your dog. It's hard work that takes patience and some time, but the results keep us motivated to keep going. Chas is seriously the best and worth your time and money.

Mera was so patient with him and at a point he didn’t even need his muzzle! To hear my boy felt safe enough with her was the absolute best. Pricing is definitely reasonable and will depend on size and length of hair. Every dog deserves to feel safe and look great after a groom. Do yourself and your pup a favor and get them a spa day here!!

But my husband is Celiac gluten-free and he finds he is safe eating from the menu here. The menu is varied, with frequent seasonal specials. I find the best comfort food here right alongside fresh fruit, salads and desserts. New drink selection. The staff are personable and attentive. This a clean place with fresh ingredients and healthy dishes that taste marvelous.

initial review: the people here are so so lovely and nice :) and the coffee is soooo good.
updated review: i used to go here multiple times a week, mind you i live 20 mins away so i'd drive to brookfield just for 7b. the coffee was always so amazing. keep in mind that this was pre-flooding in mke from recent storms. i stopped going due to the sad news about this location being flooded, and decided to come back after their reopen. the people are still pretty nice but my coffee tasted like metal.... genuine metal. it was so nasty, i dont know if they havent been cleaning their machines but it has NEVER tasted like this before. i hope they do something about it because their coffee was my favorite, im extremely disappointed :/

All their cats were very friendly and the dogs kennel area and cat area is very nice. Its kind of like dog and cat suits. Staff was friendly and informative.
