This is one of the last true all service running stores left in the Milwaukee area. Sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I feel they are in tune with local races and running events. The store is well stocked, and can get most items in a reasonable timeframe.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes, turns out it was a defective pair. I was incredibly impressed with how Chase handled the situation, and a shout out to Paul who did a great job assisting me. Customer service above and beyond anything I had anticipated. So glad I bought my shoes here!

UPDATE: They emailed me to process a return but unfortunately I was already out of the country.
Ordered a supposedly new pair of shoes on their website and received USED shoes! I contacted customer service and heard nothing! So disappointed.

Meghan at the Brookfield store is amazing! I’m recovering from a foot injury and she took the time to do a gait analysis and a foot scan to start our search for the best shoes for my needs. I left extremely happy with 2 new pair of shoes, one with an insert to improve comfort and stability, a pair of short compression socks, and Feetures socks. Meghan really listened and found the shoes that will help me in all of my new activities! Thanks, Meghan! Those 5 stars are for you!!

I have been shopping at Performance for a few years now. Recently I ordered a pair of shoes and after 2 weeks they had not arrived. Chase the Manager went above expectations s, drove and retrieved a pair from another store. When I picked them up they had the wrong insert. Chase was great he made sure he got another pair for me quickly and discounted another pair. My original shoes I ordered came I. And Chase even dropped them off to me. Most store managers would not do this. EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend performance in Brookfield.

I had amazing experience at the Brookfield location. My friend and I walked in and it was busy. We were still greeted and helped right away by Chase. He evaluated us both and gave great recommendations based on our needs. I recommend.

Not a runner or an athlete, but PT recommended this place for better shoes to meet my needs...and my knees. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got just the right pair...including switching them out when the first pair weren't working out. Superb customer service. My new go to shoe place!

Had a really positive experience here. Needed to get running shoes for a specific occasion and was met with a wide variety to choose from. The worker I was being helped by gave me the pros and cons of each pair and I could tell was very educated. The store has a great selection and customer service was over the top even when things got busy. I will be returning next time I need a new pair!
