Thank you to Janelle, Eric, and Abby you have provided me with the tools, knowledge and the support I need to break through to the next level in my fitness journey, and I am now confident, stronger, and healthier because of it. Orange shoe is much more than just a gym. It’s a place where I feel inspired to push myself every day. Y’all should be running out to get your membership asap!!!!!

Orange Shoe has been a game changer for me! Finding balance in all that I juggle has made it tough to commit to carving time out for myself. I felt an immediate connection to the trainers and was at ease in the warm and welcoming environment at the gym. While I still juggle my wild toddlers and a career having this "me" time for a great workout has become the BEST habit I've made. I genuinely love coming to my workouts, my mind is more clear and my body is stronger than ever!

I've tried other gyms and none of them have compared to this one. The classes are challenging and can accommodate all fitness levels. The trainers will work with you to achieve your personal goals and the community in this gym makes working out so much fun.

Started coming here in august. They are extremely nice everyone of the trainers. I started doing one on one sessions and eventually switched over to the group classes which I like even more. Highly recommend!!

Excellent trainers with strong hearts wanting you to get better day by day. Small group classes at the right times of the day keeps me coming day after day. Different events too in the weather to enjoy the outdoors with your fellow workout partners.

I have been training at the Orange Shoe for a year now with Abby and Carl. Abby and Carl have been organically increasing the intensity of my strength training sessions since I started based on the strength I have been gaining. I have been paying more attention to my body and its sensations when I workout and as a result, I have been trusting the ability of my body more and more. I can now perform my daily activities with more energy and confidence and I feel I have gained not only body strength but also independence. Thank you, Abby and Carl for your hard work in helping me discover my physical strength.
