The front staff is attentive and professional. I have always had a great experience. Sierra has been my stylist and every time I see her for a cut, she is professional, personable, kind, attentive, and and thoughtful. I appreciate her work very much.

Carmen gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time! I have wavy/curly hair and wanted a 70s shag that I could blow out from time to time. After showing her a few different pictures, Carmen let me know what was going to work well with my hair from each picture and went to work! I get so many compliments and my hair is drying naturally curly, not frizzy and pyramid like, with this cut!

Called to make a massage and pedi appt for my daughter and I. took forever to find an appt. I asked for an email confirmation that I never recieved. called to confirm appts and my whole appt messed up! I canceled the whole day and will go somewhere else. Very sad they can't hire competent people to make appointements correctly. Thank God I called back to confirm my gut was right it was wrong.

My daughter and I both went in for scalp message treatments. Hers was great mine however was basically throw oil on my hair, sit with warm towel for 10 minutes and wash..my daughter got vigorous massage, brush and even hand message..I paid $100.00 for a hair wash.. it was more a sales pitch for products than an actual treatment. It was defintly NOT a pleasant experience. Also I never leave reviews but this was so disappointing on so many levels

This was my first time having a pedicure with Isabella. She was excellent! Very meticulous with every aspect of my food care and the foot massage was heavenly. Isabella was so personable and I enjoyed every minute of the pampering! I have found my pedicure technician! Thank you for doing and outstanding job!
