“We’ve been an AT&T customer since roughly1988. We’ve upgraded our phones with att numerous times. We have 3 phones on our plan and upgraded the most recent time on July 1, 2024. Since we did this, strange things were happening that have never happened before. We dealt with Kyle and he did all he could to help us out on 2 separate occasions. The third time we went into the store an associate met us and told us this wasn’t his problem and we had to go to the Apple Store. Needless to say we weren’t happy. On Sunday July 21, 2024 I called ATT and the first time I chose the callback option because the time frame was 5-8 minutes. Never received a call back. After a couple of hours, I called again chose the hold option and then was subsequently sent to voice mail to leave a message.
We went back to the Apple Store and they did nothing. We finally ended up back at the same ATT store and spoke with Liz. I was very angry but held my tongue and just wanted to turn the phone back in. Liz was very gracious and left us for a minute after we explained what happened. He manager Samantha was very gracious in getting us a new phone as a way of ruling out the phone being the issue. If it weren’t for these two young ladies, I would be looking for another carrier but they won me back. Exceptional service that both Samantha and Liz provided!!! Thank you sooo much!”
