First, even though I have been a customer over 8 yrs I had to have all my information re-entered which makes no sense. Second, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a busted door bracket which the Tech Mr Lucas insisted was broken when I bought it in yet this was not the case. IF my door was broken and making the noise it is now I would have asked the service dept to check this out! Nor was this problem noted on my inspection sheet provided on R/O 6071000 dated 8/29/24 as I heard the technician provide future repair issues that need to be addressed to the guy before me as he was leaving.

Transparent and honest on everything, they picked us up from the lake express ferry, easy buying process, we will definitely consider them when looking for our next vehicle. Thanks John and Dustin!!

I bought my vehicle here certified used and paid sticker price they would not even come down 100 dollars. I paid for them to put license plates on my vehicle when I bought it. The dealership registered my car under the wrong plate. I have had 5 Illinois toll notices sent to me that are not even me because of this. The dealership has taken care of the tolls but it has been a hassle, time wise and my wife got pulled over by the police for the plates before I knew it was an issue. Nothing offered by the dealership. I was given 2 free oil changes when I purchased and have used them both now. I won’t be returning the service employees are rude and slow. They expect the customer to know where to park and what to do. I tried checking in with the one employee that I was here for my appt and he said the other guy had to help me who was on the phone, like they don’t have access to the information on their computer. The first oil change took 1.5 hrs and yesterday took an hour. The dealership is run poorly I would go elsewhere.

Tim Lisowski the Service Manager took very good care of us. We needed to get in for an oil change before we went out of town. He scheduled the service on our time and we got it completed.

This was my second service appointment here and the process was very efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am glad to drive farther to Brookfield Buick for their exceptional customer service. Thank you
