Avoid at all costs. Caught the checkout overcharging for multiple items labeled on sale. Took photos of the sale signs to show the staff. Cindy completely avoided coming to help with the situation as the staff member in the checkout lane could not do anything even with proof. I ended up avoiding the item after holding up the line for approximately 10 minutes and when Cindy walked by didn't even stop at the register where the issue was. Bad and under staffed. Rude interactions. Done with Kroger. They ruined Pick in Saves in a way I didn't think they could. Basically stealing from people not checking all prices.

Horrible! Place is absolute trash. Manager and customer service desk were completely unprofessional, inappropriate and accusatory! Lacks produce, self check registers 10 people deep, maybe 1 regular check out open, other items out of stock. Had to go to a 2nd store to complete my shopping. Used to be a top notch store…now I avoid at all costs! Zero stars.

My TV dinner looks like it was sitting on a pallet in the aisle unfrozen for a week before they stocked it in the freezer... It had leaked all over the inside of the box. Yum. Thanks for closing the one decent location you had left in Brookfield. POS company all around. Can't even keep frozen food frozen anymore lol. I hope I get sick after eating it so I can notify the FDA and sue for improper food handling and broken cold chain.

After walking past 12 lines of 'closed' automatic self serve checkouts, I came to 1 staffed checkout and 2 open self checkouts, each with a line 10 patrons deep. This is puzzeling as now the staff seems too lazy to even push the 'on button' and open the self checkouts. I walked around and picked up some more items expecting the lines to go down, or, by some miracle, possibly one of the brain dead management team would realize the issue and turn on a few more self checkouts. But no. Likely out back smoking crack or some other grocery store manager pastimes but definitely not managing their store. We all know you can't find people willing to work anymore in this sad country, but when you are so pathetically incompetent that youcan't even turn on the robots to fill in for the clerks anymore you might as well just close the doors. I guess I shouldn't expect much more when we've had eight years of brain dead senior citizens trying to run this country into the ground. China: please take over before its too late.

Sushi Bar only (so far)$6 Sushi Monday deal is smoking hot!I tried the Philly and Spicy Tuna Rolls. Both were very tatsy and the quality was surprisingly good!The wausabi was okay, and the ginger was a tad dry but it did it's job. The seaweed salad was really fresh tasting too!I didn't interact with any employees, but the gal behind the sushi counter smiled and Said "hello".I'll be back for more!

This review is for the bakery and bakery only.I was sooo happy with my experience purchasing a custom cake for a baby shower. I unfortunately was very last minute to order the cake , but this bakery delivered and then some. I provided my invitation and wrote out some instructions for how I wanted the cake to look and it came out perfectly. Not only did it look awesome, I was so good. Everyone complemented it, and when you are hosting, that is all you can ask for. Thank you to this bakery!

Been going rapidly downhill ever since Kroger bought it. They don't have enough staff to have more than a single register open. Everything is self-checkout. Produce is always in rough shape and always end up having to go for a second store for basic herbs, peppers, and even basic meats at times.

They have gone to self check out. I am disabled and couldn't quite reach the scanner as I was in an electric scooterI asked the clerk if she could help me and her response was "no' as she had 6 other registers to watchShe suggested I go to the 1 full service laneWhat the heck, I only had 13 items! Needless to say another customer helped me out. I called to complain to the manager and she told me the same thing! What happened to customer serviceThis store has noneI'll be shopping elsewhere.

My wife and I realize that it is Saturday and following a major snowfall and that the store would be busy. Having said that, it doesn't matter what day of the week, whether it snows or not; this store like other Metro Markets only keep ONE lane open with an actual live cashier. We stood in a line at least 10 carts deep waiting for the SELF-CHECKOUT t(of which there are 8-10 registers open) to become available. (The lone staffed checkout was at least 15 carts deep, blocking shelves to accommodate the shoppers in line.) Since Kroger took over from Roundy's it seems to have gotten worse! Please, please, PLEASE open more staffed register lines!!!

My wife went by to pick up something quick. Had to go somewhere else. Sign on the door said will open limited hours due to difficulty getting staff. This store is getting worse on a monthly basis. Seems all the local Pick and Save locations have figured it out. Metro Market rumor on the street is it will be closing.

I will not be back. Honestly had the longest day. I was just looking to get in and out. There was no sticker on the avocado that I was trying to get a price on, and Cindy was anything but helpful. She was beyond rude, and went out of her way to tell me that I had an attitude when asking too many questions while in line. I know that good help is hard to find these days, but they should at least hire people who want a job. Awful customer service. I came tonight for the prices. I’ll pay more and go elsewhere.
