Erin was fantastic! I was brand new to her services as my longtime stylist retired, so I was super nervous! We talked about everything before she started, I was completely at ease. I left feeling so happy about how my hair color and cut turned out. Will be back!

Had my 9 y/o daughter's ears pierced at Merle Norman. It went great! It was quick, clean and professional. Her earrings look great and we've had no issues with healing.

I needed my hair and makeup done for a professional headshot. Renee did my makeup and walked through each step - my makeup turned out lovely! Noor then did my hair. She was so patient with me - she asked for permission prior to each stage to make me aware of what she was doing. It was a truly lovely experience. I plan on making this my primary salon here on; I'm excited to try their scalp treatment and facials! The salon was clean and very hygienic - Renee was careful to never contaminate product with brushes that she used on my face.

My 6 yo daughter went in with hair to her chest and opted for a cut just above her shoulders. The cut is adorable and she felt very comfortable in the chair. She also requested a bit of tinsel be added in which is such a fun (non-permanent) way to add sparkle/color. Erin established a great rapport with my daughter from the start and the experience was really wonderful. The salon is clean & inviting. Everyone there was professional and nice. From start to finish I'd say very efficient but never felt rushed. Point of sale was easy and no pressure. Would highly recommend Erin and the salon!

Kylie was very professional and personable! I had an eyebrow service done! She did a great job at creating a friendly environment and she was very very bubbly and bright!! My eyebrows looked exactly how I wanted them too, she took what I said and ran with it!
Highly recommend her!!

I scheduled my bridal party for hair and makeup here. I went in for a trial of both. We started with makeup the finished product was not as expected. You can see big circles under my eyes of the concealer. The eyeshadow application is not as imaged. No primer or base for my eyelids. The foundation was not even close to full coverage. I honestly can do my makeup myself better very disappointed. The hair wasn't anything to rave about either. There was a braid in the updo, and it was falling out. I canceled my bridal party here, and still had to pay for my trial hair and makeup that was such a disappointment.

I definitely recommend this place! I have never left the salon being disappointed. I highly recommend Nor, she is amazing at what she does. Nor has done my hair for years and that won't be changing anytime soon!

I had a great facial with MacKenzi from Merle Norman Cosmetics & MN Salon. this is my 2nd one with her and I really liked them both. She takes the time to learn what's important to your skin and its a very relaxing experience. I personally wouldn't hesitate to book another facial with her.
