“I do recommend this location. I didn't leave this review before now. Because life was chaotic with moving to Houston, but we went in to ship some items that are dear to us very expensive. From this location and Jordan was working there at the time, Jordan was amazing. He carefully rapped my JVL speaker mom's kitchenaid. Mixer, blender everything a few other items too. He really saved us a few dollars as well and he is great at customer service very polite. I give him a 5 out of 5. I don't know about any of the other employees because he was the only one there in the morning on August 1st. He took charge with wrapping everything because we were too stressed out to figure out how to organize everything properly after Moving Out of a bad situation again. I gave him a 5 out of 5”
“I am so happy this store is in this location, it makes it so easy to get to. Also, the staff is super knowledgeable. I have gone in with some questions and made such silly shipping mistakes but they have answers my questions many times AND fixed my really really silly mistakes. They have been nothing but nice to me and very pleasant. Thank you staff!”

“Amazon returns are a breeze here! They have a machine where you can scan your Amazon QR code, then put your item in a bag. The machine spits out a label that you can use to seal the bag, then you drop the bag into a designated spot. Then ta-dah! You're done! You don't even have to wait in line or talk to anybody! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!”
