Liz is the best at what she does and she will not disappoint.My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a new realtor after working with a rather “green” realtor, let me tell you, we had no idea what we were missing out on before we met Liz. The first thing she told us was “I love first time home buyers!” And boy did she mean it. We drug her all around the city looking for a home, and she was always available to get us into the houses quickly.In such a robust market, it is important to have a great realtor on your side, and Liz is it! We just got done working with Liz on the purchase of our second home through her and RE/MAX. She was amazing to work with on the purchase of our first home and exceeded all expectations the second time around. It was more difficult having to close on our old house before our new home, but Liz worked with the buyers relator to make the move as smooth as possible. I contacted Liz initially through a friend who had a positive experience with her. Liz has helped my family and I purchase and sell a home and I could not have been more satisfied with the process. Although purchasing a home was more challenging than we’d thought in a competitive area, Liz gave us excellent guidance of the area, knowledge in different type of houses, and timely responses. A couple of events that stand out the most is Liz made sure we extricate ourselves from a home she knew we would not be happy with, and found ways to make a competitive offer on the homes we were interested in.
