I walked into a Land Rover dealership ready to purchase in full with cash. Nobody greeted me nor approached me. I probably didn't look like someone who could afford one so I wasn't worth their time. I walked out disgusted and went down to the Lexus dealership to see what they had. I didn't really know anything about Lexus at that time. Josiah met me at the front door, greeted me with a friendly smile and asked what brought me in. I told him I was car shopping but did not know what I wanted. Originally, I had my mind set on a Land Rover Defender as my next vehicle, but after my poor experience, I decided I would check out the larger Lexus SUVs. Josiah could tell that they weren't really catching my eye and convinced me to check out the RX. I don't typically lean toward smaller vehicles than full size SUVs but I was open to checking it out. I'm so glad that I did. Instantly I knew this was the vehicle for me. I ended up going with the RX 500H Sport Performance model. I drove her home today. She's truly a beauty. Josiah clearly has a large knowledge base on the vehicles he sells and he spent several hours with me getting to know me and what I needed from a vehicle. I asked tons of questions which he was always so happy to answer. He also answered all the questions that it never even occurred for me to ask. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm happy with the customer service. It will take some time for me to get used to all of the fancy technology bells and whistles but I know that I can call Lexus at any time if I ever get stuck with any questions. I highly recommend anyone on the fence to just go in and check out what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Walked in to test drive a 2021 LC 500. 28k miles. They wouldn't let me test drive without talking numbers first. I've never had this happen before. Offered to show bank account to show proof of funds or even pay a deposit but nada. Moving forward with an LC from a diff dealer that doesn't play games.The car isn't new, low mileage, not expensive. Asking $74k. I'd understand if it was $100k+, sub 10k miles.

Bob was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure a 2024 RX350 and ensure top quality! Bob was very polite, professional, and attentive to my many questions and concerns. I could not be happier with the results and want to personally thank Bob for his dedication and expertise with my recent car buying experience. It was a pleasure working with Bob Strauss and I would highly recommend him to any future Lexus owner!

I always thought lexus dealership might be better than other competitors around but I was wrong it was worse. I stopped by to look at a pre-owned 2014 Avalon. The salesman Peter let me to take it for a spin, car wasn’t bad and the price was decent as well. Disappointment begins here, when I ask for the price he said $16,600 and this may not be the final price after add ons he said. I asked I don’t normally add anything to a used vehicle 9 years old specially, his response was that I have no option to decline the add on seriously??? I have been shopping for years and bought multiple cars but never heard such a thing. He then insisted to atleast see numbers before I leave. After 15 minutes of wait he then came back with a printed paper and I see bunch of trash on the paper that I honestly didn’t need it. Dents warranty? Tires safety lock? Color coating warranty? Etc! which he stated is mandatory and I have to buy it, that’s straight non sense here. He said they/Dealership allowed us to sell those we have the right to sell it; to which I responded then I as a customer deny those extra add ons just give me the car to which he said I should leave and check the market and said I won’t be able to find a car due to a shortage of used vehicles. Is this how dealerships now treat their costumers? Big waste of time and disappointment. And to the peter I have a very good listening skills next time try to be a little humble with your words. I will never give any business to you guys and wouldn’t recommend you guys not even to my enemy.

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car, but working with Ben made it a completely enjoyable experience. He helped me find the car that fit for me and a car that I am delighted with, a GX 460. He listened to me, he was patient, he was thorough and went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I can’t recommend him enough as a professional in his job and I would rate him higher if it was possible.

Best ServiceBen Noeske was my sales person. I purchased a RX350h. Ben was professional, not pressure to make a deal, answered every questions I had.Patient. Ben bring me for a test drive with a similar car. Technology for the Lexus is amazing. I highly recommend Ben and the full team of Lexus of Brookfield.Plus I got a dozen of red roses with the car.Thank you Ben and the follow up with me after the purchase to check everything is good.

Ben Noeske was my sales agent.I appreciate his knowledge, patience, professionalism in helping me select my Lexus RX 350. Ben spent 5 hours with me the day I purchased my car. He went over ever detail of the vehicle with me, we test drove the car, and his patience helping me understand the technology of the vehicle was amazing. When I didn’t understand something he took the time to help me understand. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I recently had a major engine repair on my Lexus RX350..and work with Rome...not only did he keep me in the loop with the repairs as it took approx 2 months, he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was being serviced correctly. Being i was very anxious that was a big help to me...The lexus dealership itself has always been top notch and not a screw you over dealership and some can be. I would highly recommend if you own a Lexus to have it serviced here and ask for Rome...he will take excellent care of you and your needs!

I used to love car shopping, perhaps the thrill of it all but that has not been the case for the past 7 months…UNTIL I met BEN at Lexus of Brookfield. He is kind, gracious, and humble, willing to go the extra mile for you. I had no intentions on buying a car that day, well, more like low expectations since my experiences had been extremely poor at other “luxury” dealerships. Ben accepted the challenge and I drove away the next day with my sexy, red interior RX350 F-sport!!! Thank you to everyone else who I met along the way as well (Aleks and Vanessa). Before I forget, even the owner stopped by and chatted with us. This has been literally the best car shopping and buying experience of my life!! Thank you Ben!

The real measure of a company is not when everything goes well but when things do not turn out as expected. I was so excited to purchase a new 2023 Lexus RX 350 but here is when things do not go as expected, I had been sick but then found out I did not have long on this earth. The car was out two months of which the timing could coincide with my demise. Obviously it would be devastating to my wife but Lexus of Brookfield and namely the salesman Alan Zinda graciously offered to send my deposit back the next day. Companies are often cold and love to cite law and contracts etc. but it is refreshing when they simply try to help in a timely manner ~without pressure. I recommend this dealership and salesman Al for your vehicle needs as my experience barring any unforeseen events has been great. I see so many negative comments and wish people were as passionate about giving praise as much as they love to voice an injustice they feel whether it's fact or perception.Thank you LexusGary C

Found the car that was right for us here. Peter was super friendly to work with. Car is great quality (so far) even though we chose used. Two areas of improvement - we had approximately $1000 tacked onto the price for essentially 3M tape that had been applied around the doors and handles ("we can't take it off") and nitrogen sprayed into the tires ("we can't take it out") and this felt a little bit like a hoax. Especially the way us was presented at the final part of the decision to purchase. Also, thankfully my husband was willing to stay on to finalize the deal because it took almost 4 more hours for the financing with multiple "protection packages" and other expensive options pushed by the financing department. If they could streamline the finance process and nix the shady salesmanship on the extras, it is a place I would return to in the future.
