They take pretty good care of you but be aware of their pricing. Just to have my spark plugs replaced (2.5 hr job) I was quoted $700. I have serviced my RX here intermittently when I’m unable to do the service/repair myself. The customer service also varies across the board- some associates are very attentive while others seem to lack skills needed to help customers.

Service department charges are exorbitant and Watch Out for hidden charges. Tacked on a bogus $39.99 fee that was not discussed up front. Said it was added to each vehicle brought into service. Shows up on bill as Misc. My pricey 30,000 mile service was quoted at $589. It ended up at $661 because of the bogus $39.99 Misc charge.
They told me I needed 4 new tires. (Bridgestone Alenza Run flat 20in.)
I was quoted $1900 for new tires on my 2022 NX350H with only $32k miles. The same tires at Costco with a 40k warranty and free rotation for life is $1325.
I will not use Lexus if Brookfield Service Department again.

This is so annoying! When I bought my vehicle they sold me this “premium service package”- I make an appointment over a week in advance, stating what was needed. No one called to inform me that I’d need a separate appointment for the ding in my window which is included in my package! I drive an hour, make the appointment in advance and oh well! I wish I would have known then what I know now.
Oh and when they clean out the vehicle, the garbage/wrappers are left on the seat!

Treated much better than we have ever experienced before. Service waiting area is very relaxing, and we'll equipped with snacks, and treats.

Went in for first service on my IS350. Tires weren't rotated, sticker paper was left in the car, three tools I had placed on the floor of the passenger seat were moved on to the seat and left grease marks, sticker was applied OVER original sticker (come on, it takes 5 seconds to remove), smudge marks left on drivers door handle probably from the oil change. At least it was a complimentary service but if the techs can't manage an oil change, they're definitely not working on anything else of mine.

Service facility is fine. But you will never get out of here without being pitched additional work, and/or it costing you 3+ times what you expected.

Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and when I talked to the customer service rep she was the rudest, most childish, unintelligent person I’ve ever encountered. She even talked mockingly as if to try to entice me to continue escalating things more and more. I had to be the one to de-escalate the situation which is ridiculous. They forgot to order my parts again and then took my car for a joyride for no reason. I understand test driving a car to make sure it’s in working condition but it was just an oil change and when I asked them not to test drive it, that’s when the CSR got hostile. I will never be coming back here. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the manager is a top notch guy and definitely understands how customer service works.

All the staff are wonderful always helpful and friendly go that extra mile to provide the highest level of service. Joe service manager is amazing provided the best customer service I would not go to any other place for my Lexus car service

Well, I'm not sure I've ever really had a "great" experience taking my car to get serviced, that is until I visited the Lexus service center in Brookfield for the first time. Wow! I think I may get oil changes every 1,000 miles. Incredible lounge and very friendly staff.

I would always drive from Chicago to Lexus at Brookfield, WI for service. Bryan Faust is beyond amazing because he goes above and beyond for his clients. The best Service Advisor I’ve ever had and worked with. He looks out for his clients and be as thorough as possible. I have been to other Lexus in/near Chicago areas and no other Lexus can match the same level of professionalism and expertise than Lexus At Brookfield. And I just bought another Lexus from Brookfield too!
