This store is extremely inconsistent. In the morning, I was told that I could order two items, so I drove with my family and friends for two hours to get there, only to be informed that we could only buy one. Are my family and friends not considered customers too? This is absolutely infuriating ?.

Watch out for this specific stores shady business practice. I knew someone who purchased the Real FX Disney Stitch Puppet in store for $79.99. I stopped in yesterday 8/19/24 to get one for a gift and they marked them up to $99.99. I asked why they got marked up as their own website has them listed for $79.99, and I was told the owner seen them listed for more on another website. So those who don’t shop prices like I do is getting ripped off and the owner is ok doing that. I asked if they would honor the price it shows online and they did that, but wouldn’t accept my $7 off coupon I had because they were already “discounting” it for me. That toy store is one of the few stores left at Brookfield square, and by intentionally marking up items $20 more than their own website states I can’t foresee them being around much longer either. Buyer beware. Don't get screwed over by the owner who’s clearly being selfish.

I purchased an arcade game for Christmas and the start button inverted. The clerk proceeded to take it apart as she refused to take it back because it had been "played with". When I got home there were two back screws missing. We have shopped here a long time and I'm not happy how it was handled.

Fun store that my kids love to go to but unfortunately the owners and workers are very rude and hate children! My kids were playing with the toys that they have out to play with and the owners were acting like they were unruly kids giving us looks of disgust! We have gone here several times but unfortunately from the events that happened today I will not be bringing my business here any longer!!!!!

Tried to charge $3 more than posted price. When I asked, they said they'd fix it later. When I asked for the posted price, the associate told me flat out no, they'd fix it for the future. I make sure to watch prices there because I've been overcharged in the past and not realized it until I've been home. Think I'm done with them at this point.

when I go here for slimes they are Good at first. But then when you play with the slime the next day it's stiff and hard. Not even Slime anymore. Im disappointed in learning express. And I'm not buying slime from there again.

I just left the shop. The owner showed me around to all toys that may be of interest for a 3-4 yeah old. She was extremely helpful and gift wrapped at no charge. Only problem was it's location. Drive around and private entrance across from tire shop
