My first time in this store. My granddaughter needed a winter coat. I was very glad we stopped because they have an awesome sale going on at 40- 50% off coats and accessories. I actually purchased two coats for my granddaughter, a fall and a winter coat plus gloves all for what a new coat cost. She is very happy with her new items and so am I. Staff was very helpful in directing us to what we needed and checking out. When I need a new coat I will head there

Very low selection. For $30 a women's cotton long sleeve t-shirt had better be thick and well made. Otherwise, you need to be charging roughly $15 per t shirt. Wal Mart has a similar offering for $12. Better quality is needed or lower your prices.

This store has had amazing clothes that I always order in two sizes in mass quantities. I usually have no problem with returning the sizes that don’t fit my body the way I want them to. Todays experience and the Brookfield Blue mound location I was told I couldn’t return an item because it wasn’t in the computer. I had my shipping documents that the previous cashier who was amazing had been crossing out and circling each shirt that I returned. I was told I could return two shirts. Not the other. The staff member bombarded me with questions until she finally said you know what I’ll just take these and give you this. She took all three tank tops and gave me my receipt. I got money back for two of my tank tops. And not the other one. The other one that she told me I couldn’t return. This is a problem I’ve never had before. I have my order on paper that I bring when I make a return and I was told it was essentially useless and the computer was what was right. I lost my money and I don’t think I can continue to shop here anymore. This lady gave me my receipt and walked away moving on to the next customer before I could even say anything or ask any questions which to me implies she knew she was doing something wrong. This occurred on Saturday July 9th 2022.

I had a return and was told "I know how to work the system". What? You have a right to make a return. Had all the paperwork. Also, I asked about the 40% off that was in there catalog. Was told, I had to bring my own! A visit awhile back, the clerk gave me the coupon. Why are rude people work customer service?
