Fantastic employees- genuinely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until I left. The store is very nice and well stocked with everything I was looking for. Dressing rooms were large and clean. Seriously, it was such a pleasure shopping there and I will definitely go back.

The Staff was fantastic! From start to finish they helpd me find the right hiking shoes to fitting me with a storm pro jacket to be delivered to my house. Definitely AAAA+++. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be back many times......

My family does a lot of LL Bean online and catalog shopping, but it’s nice to come in a store and see things in person and try them on. Pretty picked over sizes and styles when I came the end of December, but good sales too.
Very friendly staff, returning an online purchase was fast and easy. One disappointing thing about LL Bean is that when you return something that you used rewards to purchase, you lose a portion of the rewards. Other retailers credit it to your account.

After years of being a LL Bean catalog shopper it is nice to walking in the store and see and try on stuff. Their products last a really long time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the store was a little bigger to have more of the catalog items.
