Had very mixed experience renting tuxedos here, and I would NOT recommend them for tuxedo rentals if your event is not nearby. We had MAJOR problems just finding the tuxedo reservation on file when one person went in to get fitted, and we were required to return our tuxedos the day after our event even though the event was not in the area. One person was charged $25 the morning after it was due, even though he was not advised of it being due the day after the event & there are no other Jos A. Banks in Wisconsin to return them to.

The quality and price of the suits are fine, but the service and communication is inconsistent. I've been helped by a few different employees at this location and some were great while others were not. Miguel was very helpful and solved my issue promptly.

got the suits for our wedding here. the pricing & quality of the suits were 10/10, the service was hit or miss. communication isn’t the greatest and some people had to go back to get stuff that had been missing in their original order.

This place is a joke. Had a rental suit appointment to be measured. Not only was the guy (Terry) very awkward, but he helped everyone else that came in but me. After 40 minutes I walked out and will not be returning.

The most unorganized business. We bought suits for our wedding and were told everyone in the party would pay the same price. Everyone had to pay a different amount, some over $100 more than others. Every time we called to get an adjustment, we were told something different about how to take care of it. They also lost the paperwork with our group number on it and all of the information. We went in today to get an adjustment and we were told they couldn’t look up our purchase and that they would have to call customer service & get back to us. Such a headache!

Bought a suit here. Was a great price and the service was excellent. One of the associates sized me up quick by eyeball (she was spot on after confirming it by measurement later) and she found a perfect match for everything. The tailor came out and marked it up and I was out the door. Couldn't be happier.

I rented a suit from the Brookfield WI location. When I arrived and tried on the suit the shirt was way too big and they didn't have my size in stock. I said it's OK if you could just refund me just for the shirt that will be fine since I prepaid and now have to go buy a shirt elsewhere and the lady said that's fine. Well now a week later they never refunded me for the shirt I never used and calling to speak to someone was impossible. I called on 2 different days and the same lady had me on hold for 15 minutes and I was convinced nobody was gonna pick up the line. Very bad customer service and would not recommend this location.

Do NOT go here as a bridal party. What an absolute disaster. Our guys made an appointment in March, got fitted, picked out all of their clothes. They were told they would be called in June to pick up when everything came in. No one got a phone call (even the groom) so they ended up going in to see if they could pick up their clothes. Every single person had to get refitted, clothes reordered because nothing was saved on file. If their sizes were in stock they were handed some of their pieces the second time in store, and shipped some of the others to houses. We have no idea what the point of making the initial appointment was because nothing was ordered, documented, written down, etc. We hope to have all of the guys clothes in by the wedding at the end of the month. This place was a JOKE. They have some serious disorganization and lack of management on site.

Avoid this place they don’t stand behind their services! I was fitted for an off the rack suit and it was a perfect fit. Came back to pick it up and was not asked to try it on before purchase as it was not fitted. Got home to get dressed for a wedding to find out that the pants were at least two sizes smaller than the pair I tried on at the store! Had to zip tie it together to get thru the ceremony and reception and could not take my jacket off the whole night. Ruined the day completely for me. I went back to exchange it for the proper pants I was to be given originally and they flat out refused saying they would not accommodate me because the pants were worn. Even though they screwed up and ruined the wedding for me. The employee Nathan was a total jackass to me and imo the worst type of employee they could have. I didn’t ask for a refund, only an exchange for what I ordered. Go elsewhere if you want good service!

We went with Jos A Bank for the tuxes for my husband, groomsmen, ring bearer and the fathers. Everyone looked absolutely sharp in their tuxes and they were a perfect fit.
The staff was great to work with and willing to help with any questions and issues that came up.
We were debating on what color ties we wanted to go with and what color shirt as well. The staff actually took the time to lay out the different options we were considering on a table next to each other so we could see them all at once and make a decision which was a HUGE help!

They have a good selection. I was in the store for 30 min picked out two suits before anyone spoke to me. When I asked where to find my cut and size of shirt, an associate who was not helping another customer merely pointed to a general direction of the shirts. I put my selections back and went 2 minutes down the road to Men’s Warehouse, much better service.

My brother and I went in for some clothes, and some upgrades for a wedding. Regarding some of our clothes choices we went in blind. Tori patiently spent over an hour helping us and setting us up with success. She was not pushy, but gave great color and matching advice. I cannot thank her enough. The next day I had to go back for some pants and Amanda was there to help. She was helpful and helped coordinate with their onsite tailor. I will absolutely be back for formal and semi-formal needs.

My sales associate was efficient (had to be, they were so busy) and very polite. Having the logistics of the purchase explained to me a little better would have been nice.

I purchased a suit from here for my brother’s wedding. Nathan was very hospitable and helped me find a suit that fitted me best. He was very concerning and I would shop here again.
