I regret the day 9 years ago that we used Johnson Bank for our mortgage. This rinky-dink bank is so unprofessional. Their online banking is ridiculously inefficient. Their processes and amenities are horrible. Automation is almost nonexistent. Need something? Horrible service, snippy and untrained customer service group. I would love to refinance to change banks, but rates were way better in 2013 than they are now
