Very "picked-over" in paper crafting supplies. Things that show as being in stock in store on the website never are anymore. I'm just trying to find one specific black ink pad and it seems the only way to get it is Amazon or other mail order places. It's ridiculous to have to pay so much extra for shipping for a simple $8 item.

Horrible! This store needs help! New management a must! Unorganized, rude non existent employees, items with no price tags. Good luck with online pickup orders! Corporate really needs to pay attention and fix the multiple issues at this store!! You are losing customers!

I don't sew and was there for craft supplies. Empty shelves, very high prices and literally no one available to help. Will shop somewhere else.

I have been to so many Joann locations and have only had consistent issues with this one. The majority of the staff is unhelpful and rude. Holly, specifically, said she would help me then walked away and didn’t come back. When I saw her again at checkout I asked about it and was told she “had other things to do.” I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

This store has no customer service. They took my order for custom framing on October 30. Said about 6 weeks. Today, I called and was told we haven't started it. We really don't work on large items, and we are so busy. I called to talk to the manager, and she has no customer skills either. Waited on the phone over 20 minutes, and she says well I was out to lunch. No one knows when people are in or out of the store. When on hold, you have music screaming in your ears. This will be the last time I use Joanne Fabric store.To make it worse, the piece I was having framed was the last crocheted piece from my Mother before she died. I wanted to surprise my family with Santa and the Eight Reindeers framed. Guess they ruined that, too.All they can offer is excuses..... I paid for a service that was promised in 6 weeks and you didn't do your job..... not my problem. Corporate should be embarrassed by this store.And now you have to give them a star to post a complaint..... what a crock.

They had what looked like the perfect wreath for an event. I called ahead and was promised that all was in stock and would ship in time. That was the end of any real customer service.after 2 weeks of trying to figure out why they weren't shipping I finally tried calling again and waited for over 1 hour to get a person. They said all was ok and they would ship within the time window. Lies! Two days later I started receiving all these emails. They literally kept cancelling 1 of the 20 or 2 of the 20 every couple days. At the same time sending me shipping emails. At this point the event I had ordered them for was already over and I tried calling again to cancel and the phone line said they were no longer taking phone calls only emails. No one ever responded to one of my emails. Not one. So, they spent money on shipping 8 of the 20 which cost them more than the value of the order. I took them back to the store locally and they said that this had been happening to them so many times that people were not even surprised. Clearly JoAnn is not long for this world, which is sad. They used to be so good. (Side note: I am so glad I had to go to another store and actually get the wreaths I needed at less than have the price, becasue the ones I reveiced from JoAnn were not at all like pictured. So cheap and sparse and flimsy.) All this to say, beware of JoAnn and their practices. They no longer care about the customer!

The store is well stocked and clean but the checkout line is so long! Like everywhere, hard to find people to work and be dependable to show up. Best suggestion is to shop off hours to avoid waiting forever. Love the store overall though.

So frustrated right now. Two days ago I placed an online order for pick up. I knew it was the holiday season so I wasn't surprised when my order wasn't ready in just a few hours, but now it's been two days. I've tried calling multiple times today and no one answers the phone. 1 of the items I don't need now, I made do with something else. But the other 3 items I ordered because it was a great price and I would still like them. I don't know if I'll actually get them. So disappointed. Joann has always been my go to for sewing and crafting supplies.

I’ve had the same experience recently as other customers. They haven’t processed my online orders (for store pickup), and they don’t answer the phone. I want them to cancel my orders, since the items I ordered are no longer in stock, but that’s not going to happen any time soon. Very disappointed.

I have been calling this store for 2 days and no answer. I placed a same-day pickup order that hasn't been fulfilled in 2 days. I go to the store and all of the items on my pickup order are now sold out. I could have had these items shipped. Do not offer Same-day pickup if you are unable to fulfill it. Customer service is rude. I can easily get my crafting supplies at other retailers who put their customers first.

Don’t place a pickup order at this location!! I’ve been waiting 5 days for my order to be processed and still have the “we’re getting your order ready” message. I ended up going in store to shop at (which only half of which were in stock at that point, so ai had to go elsewhere) and overheard an employee say they usually can’t even fulfill online orders. Called customer service and they’re unable to cancel my order. Don’t bother calling the location either because they won’t pick up.I can’t even be upset with the employees because they’re very obviously understaffed, but when you have to wait 15+ minutes in line you need more than one person on a register. Especially taking into account that the demographic of JoAnn shoppers tend to have questions about coupons, pricing, etc.I just want my money back at this point!!

Enough. The Brookfield store has gone dramatically downhill (always a mess & staff is scarce for questions). My last two online orders have been fulfilled incorrectly - items were cancelled from my order yet when I’ve gone to pick up my order (same day) I found the cancelled items sitting on the shelf? So annoying. Of course, you can’t get the 20% off online order/pick up then. The front checkout staff are terrible! I’ve rarely had a good experience over the past year. Heads up - greeting customers is a basic function that should always be achieved (no excuses) for front-facing staff - you are representing the JoAnn brand. Thank goodness for the Greenfield store which I’ve recently discovered – They do things right!!! You couldn’t pay me now to shop at the Brookfield store – I’m done!
