Brought my van here last week. Forked out over $200, just for the interior, gave them the car for an entire day like they asked, and the results were not exactly shouting "wow."Used to do detailing at Land Rover, so I get it – it's a process. But what I got was more like a speed run than a proper job.Dirt and dog hair were still hanging around (a lot), and the didnt even clean the front of the seats. Tossed in a $20 tip, which I regret.Oh, and here's the kicker: noticed my change went missing, about $4 worth. It's not breaking the bank, but it's a bit weird and unprofessional.And just a thought: if you're asking folks to leave their cars with you, honesty about what to expect goes a long way. I shouldn't have to look after them and make sure they are doing their job right. Just do it right the first time please. And, you know, maybe skip the change-pinching?No hard feelings, just wanted to let people know, and I will go elsewhere next time.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Analiese at Jilly's Car Wash, and I must say, she did a commendable job. Her efficiency in checking me in and signing me up for a monthly car wash plan was truly impressive. Not only did she exhibit professionalism, but her genuine niceness and excellent service stood out. Analiese is undoubtedly a great employee, and I wouldn't be surprised if she's also a college student or professional in a different field, given her exemplary multitasking skills and positive demeanor. Kudos to Analiese for making my experience at Jilly's Car Wash exceptional!

Busy day at Jillys Brookfield. The line of cars went out into the street causing traffic backups yet their staff caused more delays by trying to sell their car wash deals to customers as they waited in line. This was extremely inconsiderate to make the rest of us wait while they pushed their sales to customers. I confronted one of these sales girls about it as I was waiting for an excessive amount of time. She was rude and nasty and told me I should leave. Horrible person. When I finally got up to the pay station another attendant apologized to me for her behavior. I'm considering dropping my monthly car wash plan and taking my business elsewhere.

Jilly's car wash was the best. They were walking around picking up small bits of trash and the guy was really nice when I was vacuuming my car. Very friendly and as a woman, felt safe because the owner (or employee) was outside. They gave me a free dash wipe and a sucker! The best thing is that it's a candy shop too!

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they had a tree sap cleaner for the exterior car. She suggested I go through the wash, I kindly said no it's a special cleaner. She proceeded to very rudely say "we'll we don't have it." And hung up on me. Take your services else where where you are respected and not treated like garbage for asking a question. I've been a customer for a long time too. Won't be back. You're only as good as your employees.

They are the worst. My friend went there and the used a bristle brush on his black rims on a new Lexus. They got all scratched and he told me not to go. I should have listened. I took my Lexus to get the seats conditioned and the carpets shampooed. Well.... Now one of my seats is totally discolored yellow and the manager Rob is totally ghosting me. I will be disputing the charge and getting them corrected from Lexus and probably will have to go to small claims court to get compensated. Pain in the #$$. Would NOT recommend.....

What a fantastic job Jilly's did on my car. you would never know that my car was covered in dog hair. it came out spotless! they couldn't get me in for a couple weeks, then called and said they had a cancellation. I rushed over and dropped it off. a few hours later it was looking as good as new. thanks again guys, great job!

Avoid! Use a touchless wash! This company’s wash tore off the mirror cover of a brand new vehicle! Owner took zero responsibility. See other reports here and NextDoor with dozens of other similar problems. The “no responsibility for…” signs are exculpatory and mean nothing when the wash damages something. Know your rights.

Their website says they open at 7 am. They do not open at 7am. Workers are late.Edit to add: Owner replied that they opened at 7:05am. I can tell you definitely that I was there , still waiting, until 7:15am. If you were kind in your response, that would have made all the difference, but the owner was snarky… which makes me feel even more confident in the review.
