I am not positive of the techs name that Ginger had for her appointment. She was very friendly and very kind to Ginger. She was thorough with her questions as well. I loved the time spent listening to my concerns about our dog and how patient the tech and Dr. Megan were with us.

Very compassionate, comfortable treatment. Tech and Dr Kristin so understanding of my concerns about priorities and triaging health concerns. Good with my timid chihuahua, they get down to ground level to interact with him. He seems to have enjoyed his appt when over. Thank you! Worth the drive! Very validated that I am providing holistic and natural health options for my pet chihuahua.

We love Zoe! Zoe is the best with Ona - She worked with her for several appointments on preparing her for blood withdrawal. Ona feels very comfortable with Zoe and that speaks volumes of her character and patience. The entire team at Integrative is incredibly kind and considerate - The piece of mind they provide is worth every penny.

Dani was kind and attentive to Carlos and to us. Dani is pleasant and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lisa was wonderful and so great with Carlos. He was relaxed and cooperative throughout the exam and labs. Outstanding experience for us all.

IVS has put a lot of thought and effort into making IVS the best veterinary practice possible from communication from parent/owner to IVS staff and then IVS staff to parent/owner, having specialists come to IVS for their patients to been seen, combination of western and holistic approach. As well as diagnostic and treatment, their strong belief in prevention and education, employing the best of the best from front desk to the veterinarians, and the love they have for every dog and cat that comes thru their door(s). Lastly, safety of the pet is always the priority including creating a stress-free environment from when you walk in, to treatment rooms, to surgical areas to checking out. We are incredibly grateful for the IVS team!

We saw Dr Aubrey and she was great with Sasha. I loved that she used a microscope plate to look for bacteria on our cat's stomach.
< br />She thought outside the box instead of conventional medicine to fix Sasha's issues Having a special cat room was cool and I liked how Dr Aubrey got down in the floor with us and Sasha and it didn't feel like a normal dr visit for us or for Sasha! She is on the road to recovery!

Great staff members! My Tech listened to my concerns about my dog Phil’s fear of the vet. They let him stay with me to allay his anxiety and I think it helped him tremendously! I appreciate your flexibility and kindness!
