DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE, OR YOUR MONEY! I don't even know why it still let you order products on the site if it does if it's not even any product or items available!! I used to work here and they were running low on money after COVID-19 hit, they got hit really bad ! They didn't have money for supplies any longer, and started laying everyone off. I would recommend everyone just file disputes with there banks to get this money back because this is a BIG amount of money as his products were not cheap at all. So I would just suggest doing that because no one even works in the building right now. I just wanted to give you guys a head up. It was a lady named BARBARA that worked here and she was horrible, rudest lady I ever met & her and the owner was really close. Don't be fooled you guys, get a refund (dispute the payment) and RUN. Don't order from here please listen to me, because you will not get your money back.

I never received my item ordered feb 2022. I was in communication with them being told there was a delay due to not being able to receive parts they needed in a timely manner. I tried to cancel my order all together and they talked me into just cancelling one part of it and they refunded me for that. Here it is over a year later and I have tried numerous time over this past year to reach them about getting the rest of my money back but it seems they are now closed?? Of course by now I have found alternate methods of treatment!!! I just want my money back!! Thieves!!

Business is closed and not operating but will still take your money. They won't refund. They ask you to wait 90 days but bank dispute timeline is 60 days so I am just out $199

I am out $460. Ordered 11/21 and still no product and no refund. Eventhough for months they emailed me asking me for my patience as they fulfill orders.

I ordered at the beginning of the year They sent me an email saying that it would be a while because they were having supply issues. I then ask for a refund They said they would process it and it would be here in a few days. I have emailed and called three times during their business hours nobody will answer the phone nobody will return my call and nobody will email me back about my refund.Editing this review to finally say I've got my money back. Had to send a demand letter. When they sent my refund check they sent a very stupid letter basically saying that they did nothing wrong and blaming us customers for being unreasonable.

How do we get our money back from this place?Place an order May 7th. It is now Aug 16th. I have the same issue as everyone else. What can we do about this?UPDATE... I PURCHASED this product through AFFIRM and they were able to refund my money. So I would suggest going through with your bank or credit card ( however you paid). Hope this helps

Only giving a one because it won't let me give "0"! Took my money, $448 on the day of my order (May 17, 2022) and not one response since then. Website is now shut down and they do not reply to phone calls or emails. I worked hard and saved that money specifically for this and was so excited to get the product. I can't believe they just take everyone's money and then shut everything down. That is MY money and I want it back. If they were honest, they would be replying to all of us who ordered and they would be honoring refunds!

Like others, I paid for a device that I never received. I placed my order in November and it's mid-July now with no order. I've tried calling customer service many times. I've filed a complaint with the WI Consumer Protection dept and also BBB. You should do the same so they know how widespread this is. The owner should be ashamed - file for bankruptcy and refund your customers instead of scamming them.

I placed an order back over a year ago. I have received a couple of emails saying that there is supply chain issues and the order WILL be shipped in a few weeks. This was over 3 months ago. I have left voice mail messages requesting a call in return so I can get a refund of my over 400$ order. I have yet to receive a call back. I think I deserve a call and a refund of my order.

I just filed a report with the FTC today. My story similar to most of these reviews. Order placed February 2022. Kept getting delay after delay. Meanwhile funds were taken from my flexible spending account. There is no way to contact company. Can leave messages but none are returned.

Item never arrived and cannot get them to respond. I have emailed x1 and left 2 VM messages (because they do NOT pick up during their business hours). Ive not received a response to any of these communications. Their website is now just a message stating they arent taking NEW orders. When I ordered, there was a message on their site stating there were shipping delays on the item. I have never had a company charge my card for an item they know is backordered. Ive contacted my credit card but they said I needed to dispute this at 60 days. Well Ive been trying to reach Incontrol for a month and I was trying to be patient as we are aware of supply chain issues across the world. So now Im out of the 60 day window. This is egregious behavior at best on the part of this company and fraud at it’s worst.Update 12/2022- Contacted BBB and the The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“DATCP”) actually contacted me. BBB could do nothing. DATCP said they are trying but Ive not heard an update from them since summer. My credit card said I waited too long for them to help. So apparently Im working waaay to hard as a nurse because all we need to do is steal. Absolutely no repercussions for it anymore.

I placed an order on March 31st, my credit card was charged and to date I have not received my order. There has not been any communication from the company, nor is there a way to contact them as they simply have posted a generic statement on their website that they are currently not taking any orders. It would be nice if the company would update customers who have paid and placed an order. Very dissatisfied and looks like I am never going to see my $200 nor the product that was recommended by my doctor.

I ordered a device on November 29, 2021 and was told they were backordered. On May 18, 2022 I received an email again stating a backlog due to vender/supply issues. They offered a refund but since they stated that they anticipated having an alternative in place within two weeks. Well, it's now June 28, 2022 and I have not received a device, have not had numerous phone calls returned and fear I have lost $329.00 by trusting this company.

It was so easy to make the purchase $199, a month now and still waiting on my product and not able to reach anyone. no matter what time or day of the week you call you are never able to speak with anyone. not cool. Giving BBB a call. Please provide a way for me to get a refund. I do not want the product anymore, the trust is gone. Please give me back my money. Don't buy from this company. I purchased a product last November and all I have gotten for answers is that they are having delays in getting computer chips and apologize for the delay. Now, their phone number is not in service. The Wisconsin BBB states that they are permanently closed and aren't certified by the BBB. How can I get my money back? They took my $350 and ran! I would give them zero stars if I could.
