I could not have been happier with my purchase. To be able to go into the showroom without a salesperson watching you try out mattresses and walk around with you was really great. My delivery was scheduled for a Monday. I received a text message and email regarding my delivery on Sunday evening. I had a question about the time, so I called the number listed in the email. An actual local person answered the phone. She was able to give me an answer to my question - on a Sunday night! Extremely happy with the delivery guys - fast and friendly. If you are looking for a mattress, I highly recommend HassleLess!

Found the experience of mattress shopping at HassleLess easy and straight-forward. We were able to get the information we needed by phone from the service rep quickly and easily. The delivery team did a great job and were courteous and efficient. The whole process was truly hassleLess.

Visited our local HM store to try out the experience and the mattresses. It seemed odd at first as we were all alone inside the store and the window washer was outside doing his thing. We noted the cleanliness of the store and the neatness of the mattress displays. We jumped right in or rather laid right down and began our testing for the right firmness. We were amazed at how many different manufacturers and styles of mattresses that were available. Many of these makers I had only seen on line before. we did wish they had some air-adjustable mattresses. Manufacturer displays were easy to read and understand. This business approach was the best. Not having a salesperson breathing down one's neck, following you around, or your feeling guilty for taking too much of their time was great. We probably spent a good hour or so winnowing down our selections. The last two we tried we were on for about 20 minutes each concentrating on our favorite sleeping positions. The instore purchase kiosk was simple and straight forward. The delivery service was cordial and quick.

Thank you so much for all the help. I have been a nurse for 30 years and a travel nurse for the last 4 years and slept in some pretty awful beds during that time. I am now working in local ICU on nights and set up my own room upstairs away from the rest house and it’s hustle and bustle in order to sleep better. My husband found Hassleless Mattresss so we gave it shot. When I realized I didn’t sleep well in the bed we had purchased from Hassleless Mattress I was reluctant to reach out. I assumed the return process would be difficult if not impossible. However you have been wonderful. Talking through my best options and best picks for my situation. You were also mindful not to call during my sleep times. You treated me with respect and kindness and I really appreciate that. Hassleless Mattress has really been kind and easy to work with. This store was very clean. We spent nearly an hour trying out all the mattresses in the place before deciding on what we wanted. We ordered from home later that day rather than from the kiosk, but either way would have worked fine. Delivery was easy to schedule and prompt. I'd recommend this store and method of purchasing a mattress to anyone. Especially folks who dislikes dealing with salespeople who are incentivized to sell and upsell whatever gets them the most commission. HassleLess was a terrific experience.

Love the part about shopping without salesperson, and loved the mattress for about 2 months. Now, it's already lumpy and I spend the night tossing and turning and in pain.

We had a great experience. We had to exchange mattresses. Nancy was such a pleasure to work with. She definitely gave excellent customer service, which I thought was a think of the past. She went above and beyond to find us the best fit. We have the Beautyrest Black L medium. It was a little firm at first but now it's perfect. If you prefer the feeling of sleeping on a mattress and not in it you will love this matress. Thank you Nancy for outstanding customer service and your kindness!
