Fantastic Experience! My husband and I held a Rumble Boxing Brookfield member appreciation event in the "New" party room. Kelsey the Manager and our Server Chancer provided impeccable customer service, I would 100% recommend Grimaldi's for your next event or just stop by for an incredible slice of pizza (delicious)!

Great spot for date-night! Wonderful place to sit down together and have some delicious pizza in a casual, social, inviting atmosphere. I’m super glad the Hot Honey Pepperoni is on the menu!Parking: Parking is available all over the place. No shortage ofKid-friendliness: No games or children’s entertainment, but kids fit right in. This is a great place for friends and family to get together.

We ordered a pizza and salads. Salads were really good. However the pizza arrived missing cheese! Seriously - they don't put cheese on the pizza it's all sauce. Not kidding. Won't be back. This is all they do btw .. is pizza. Crust is good ... but it gets soggy because of so much sauce and NO cheese.

One hour and no service we got an order in, took 40 minutes for drinks and the appetizer. Manager didn't care, it was pie day. We arrived at 11;15 only one other couple, waiter was indifferent.I had to find him for just drinks, he became annoyed. We always loved this place, the last two times, the staff was indifferent, the pie was burnt . We left at 12:35 , nothing was served. What was upsetting was the lack of care from the Manger. Being told the kitchen was busy because of Pie day, didn't help us any. I guess we will find a different Pizza place. When the manager doesn't care, then there is a problem

Whenever we are near Brookfield, we stop here for really good NY style pizza. Being from New Jersey, this is our kind of pizza! The decor is vintage NYC….love it. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The pizzas just taste so good. They are coal fired, so you can see and taste the char on the crust. Be careful what you order; the crust may be soggy in the middle (case in point, their margarita pizza is very wet in the middle, but the tomato topping is oh so good!) The outer crust is crunchy, chewy. The sauce has just the right seasoning. The cheese is good quality as well. The sausage topping is a crumble and not too hot. When ordering pizzas, get the 18”. With the thin crust, it is not hard at all for 2 people to finish off one pizza. One of our pizzas had a small black rock of coal on it. (Being baked in a coal oven, sometimes they will ‘pop’ onto the pizzas.) They usually get removed before sending it out. Kudos of the management; they understood and offered to adjust the bill. Even with this incident, it’s hard to stop eating their pizza. It’s just that good!!

Paper thin margherita pizza that was pretty much flavorless and burnt. I would have sent it back, but time was of the essence. Place was pretty much empty...only a few tables were occupied. Server was pleasant.Lemon arugula salad saved the day as that was delicious, although I ordered without croutons, and it came with those. No big deal though... easily removed.Plenty of other pizza places out there with much better pizza and more reasonable prices. Won't be returning.

Very disappointing. Heard great things, but didn’t hit the mark. At 4pm on a Saturday, with very few patrons, our server essentially abandoned us. Salad was decent enough, but the pizza was terribly flavored & no one in our party finished a slice. Would not recommend.

Good pizza, a little expensive for the type of place it is.

Not a fan. The service was marginal and the restaurant was not very clean. We were seated at a table that had dirty table cloths rolled up and setting on a chair. The ranch salad was flavorless. Our pizza was undercooked and soggy in the middle. It also lacked flavor.Overall, I was disappointed.
