I took my Audi S5 here for emissions testing. I needed brakes and asked for a quote, which ended up being quite a bit less than another place. There was supposed to be a $35 fee for evaluating the car but because I had the eval from the other place, they could use that (so just an FYI if you are looking for another opinion, bring that with). Fast service, easy scheduling, good communication! Highly recommend - will definitely be coming back and referring others to them.

I don't know but the person who I just talked with was completely rude! I can't believe the customer service he provided. As a deaf person, I didn't understand why he kept looking away when I was trying to read his lips. I just ask a question and trying to figure out what I needed because I forgot my emission form. He turned like I discussed him and made me feel horrible for not having my slip. I'm sorry the one time I forgot my slip and was wondering if there was any other way I could get the slip. hope you don't treat other customers that way. I can't read you lips when you don't give eye contact or look down. I understand you busy. Be aware of this for next time please thank you

Please do not go here. They will try to upcharge you for service that you do not need. I took my car in for just an oil change with just 28k miles and they called to tell me me I needed new breaks. I foolishly agreed because I didn't do my own research. First they installed them and the breaks were so loose I had to put the pedal almost to the floor to break at all and I had to take the car back. Later, I took my car to another mechanic because I was still dissatisfied who told me there is no way the breaks would need replacing at that milage. I should point out that I had no issues with the breaks at all previously.
They are a scam company and I should have read other reviews that highlighted the same issues with them. Find yourself a more reputable mechanic and do not trust anything they say.

I went for a required vehicle emissions test. I must have mistaken the times, because they were just closing down the testing service for the day. As I was checking my phone for other places to go, an employee came out to my car. He said the equipment was still hooked up and he would be glad to do the test. The test took less than 5 minutes, and then I paid for the test and was able to pay my registration, get a printed copy and get my sticker right there. No side trip to DMV. The place appears to be well equipped, offers many repair and maintenance and repair services, and is a family business opened in 1962. The staff were courteous and friendly. I will be scheduling some needed servives there soon.

Dropped my car off in the morning with a bad front end noise. Turned out to be the wheel bearings. They had it fixed by lunchtime. Fast service and fair pricing. Can't complain.

They are straight shooters but empathetic to the large costs of car repairs. I’ve double checked their prices a few times with other shops hoping to find the necessary work for cheaper somewhere else but they are always the best price. I’ve trusted them with my cars for a few years now.

Service was quick and easy! Very appreciative to the staff who walked me through everything.
For some reason it is very hard to find a place that does emissions test or required state inspection, so this is the place!! I got my inspection done here.

I never leave review nor do I ever leave negative reviews. Went there for 2 new front tires. Paid over $550 for them. Two weeks later, one of the new tires went flat. Another week later, that tire pressure on that tire went out. Then the second new tire went flat too. Now I'm starting to be concerned. They wanted another $450 so I said fine but I told the staff many times that the tire went flat when we were out of town and we put a spare on but rotated the tires so that the spare is on the back and not on the front for safety reasons. I asked them multuple times to rotate it when they put the new tire on so that both new tires are at the front. Sure enough, when I showed up, one new tire was on the back, and the other one was on the front. I spoke to the staff again, and after already paying over $1000, he said we can put it in the garage again and rotate them if u want to pay for a tire rotation. At this point I got upset and is just done w them. The staff never listens and act like they don't even want to be there. I'm worried that they are even demaging or purposely doing things to have u keep coming back for more repairs. They give u run around answers and it all feel scamming. 2 new tires end up costing us over $1000! I should have just taken my loss at the beginning and go elsewhere. If u experienced anything like this please leave a review! Places will not change until enough people leave reviews! Go read thier reviews on Yelp. So many others had the same experience!
