I FREQUENT this store so much, specifically the Brookfield location. The receptionists/salesladies are always so kind and sweet. I unfortunately did not get the names of the two ladies working today, but whoever was working as I am posting this were incredible! Greatly deserve a raise or bonus. You'll always find something you love here, and even if you don't find what you're looking for, you'll be in an environment you don't want to leave. Thank you Ladies

I always love going here! The cutest clothes and they always have great deals! I was in there today around 11:30 and the lady working was so kind, sweet, helpful, and bubbly! She was amazing and really was complimenting everyone and making everyone feel welcome! I will definitely be coming in more often!

Trendy styles for high school age on up at an affordable price point, the quality is for a season. The store is well kept, excellent sales, helpful staff.

Returned a bridal gift the same day I bought it due to someone else in the bridal party having already bought it. Was accused of stealing something out of it from the manager. Never even opened the gift nor left the mall yet before returning. No sign of opening on the gift either yet kept getting accused. Manager was very rude not good with people would not recommend spending your money here.

It feels as though there is not much of a selection. We need to get our basic clothing somewhere, but not at these prices. It also made me feel weird that plus size starts at 14 and that corner of the store was even more limited in options.

I love Francesca's but I was incredibly disappointed when I went to this location. I was not greeted, and after walking around the store for over 10 minutes I was still basically ignored, while the staff were behind the counter. While obliviously standing behind the counter, one employee basically yelled at her elder coworker about the hours she didn't want to work in the coming weeks. In my opinion, as someone who has a good amount of experience in customer service, discussions like the one I heard should not even be had during open hours, let alone in front of several customers, and at the unnecessary volume that it was. Overall I was pretty upset because I've always loved and had great experiences at Francesca's, but the Brookfield location was surprisingly displeased and unfortunately will not be returning.
