I had a great experience at this store. Nathan helped us out in choosing our wall and floor tile, and VP flooring. I bought all 3 that night. Exceptional customer service... Nathan was a pleasure to work with and extremely polite and patient- no only with us but also his co-workers. They also loaded our vehicle since it was raining that night. I got a similar quote from Tile Store-- I essentially was able to get similar tile at this location for about 1/3 the cost. If you are in the tile/ flooring market- do yourself a favor and visit here... skip the Big Box stores when shopping for Tile and Flooring.

I got their delta tile leveling kit and they don’t sell extra clips or wedges unless you buy another kit. You can order more but it takes over a month to show up. I do tile for a living and will never be coming back to this store. At least Menards and Home Depot cares extra supplies for the kits they sell

Very large selection of flooring, and Wall tiles. Bathroom accessories, Light fixtures. The staff were very good, and helpful.

The store just open (unbeknownst to me), but one of the employees helped me check in and were flexible with me and got my load of tile loaded! One of the tiles was cracked, and they just replaced the whole box as soon as possible.

Floor & Decor was better than I expected! The selection was endless, and there were so many options. The salespeople were extremely knowledgeable about product, the best way to order (online v in-store) and even installation. I went in to find tile for one project and came out with the perfect tile as well as ideas and info about other projects I want to do. I will definitely be using this store for future purchases.

Plenty of employees to serve their customers, that is rare in 2024! I haven’t been in for a few years and there are new products that caught my attention. For example stone slabs for shower seats, faucets, sinks (the bath sinks are cool)! Plan to spend an hour there!

Really great experience with new engineered hardwood floor from Floor and Décor – Brookfield. We did almost the entire house and it looks great. Very helpful with the purchase and delivery, and huge thank you to Melina and manager David S. for helping us through returning some unused material, really appreciate all of your help!!
